"We may continue now, thank you.", said the now sleepy Syndrelix. "The Tal'darim Insurgents are threatening the Protectorate's borders this very moment, and we have this relic piece issue resolved, so we can now move on."

The two Abyssals remained quiet for most of the discussion, or better said, argument between the delegates there. But specifically, what Okvhar said couldn't be simply.. ignored, or forgiven
"What... did you say?", Sigma asked, her voice changed, cold and empty, as she was no longer smiling. The pink eyed girl looked at the Suprion, as she slowly became more and more angry."Who exactly do you think you are, Suprion? You claim to come from an old and wise race, but yet, you're even more stupid than all the humans here combined. You, destroying us? We have already defeated the combined forces of all the nations in this part of the known universe multiple times. We wouldn't even need to try to destroy your entire race."
Getting more and more angry, the hologram of Sigma approached the Suprions and the other delegates. " You are so lucky that I am not personally here, or else I would have cut into two and I would forced you to eat your own bowels. Trust me, I'll make sure that I will personally destroy your entire race.. and you'll be the last one remaining, seeing how all your people slowly burn in the depths of the Abyss.. Suprion." At the end, the girl once again showed her rather insane smile.. the Suprion had managed to anger her, which was a really good achievement. It wasn't all that for his safety and life though. "As for the others, you can all go to hell. We'll see you there."
And with that, Sigma's hologram disappeared. "I wish you good luck in the battles to come.", Omega said, as calm and cold as always, before her hologram disappeared too. The two Invader Knights had accomplished their objective.
Meanwhile, the Hegemon remained quiet for a few more moments. It seemed that he really wanted to say something.. probably to explain what his sisters were talking about.. but he simply couldn't. Right when he was actually about to say something, he was interrupted by a message from his watch, that of course, in the Colonial military also acted as a holographic transmission device. As he accepted the message, the watch projected the hologram of a woman with a long, golden blonde hair, dark blue eyes, wearing the dark-blue red uniform of the Kriegsflotte.
With that, the purple eyed boy closed the transmission, before he looked at the other dignitaries. He seemed much more confident than before, as he started to speak. "I would love nothing more than.. to explain IT, but unfortunately, you must trust me that I simply can't. As long as IT hasn't escaped, there shouldn't be any danger. If it has escaped.. that we'll be in a lot of trouble, but I can't explain it. Not here, not now. All I can say is that IT, is vital for the Invaders, and that we believe that it might be one of their main objectives. If they actually got their hands on IT, we must move as soon as possible and secure Heaven's Fall. We'll need all the forces we can muster, and that ASAP."
The black haired boy than made a pause.. "All I can share is this video we have found on Terra Nova.. and it pretty much sums up what we know about it."
"We call it der Nebel. The Fog."
1-Unternehmen Herbstnebel, German for Operation Autumn Mist.

"So the name of this IT pretty much sums up what it does...", said the Premier of the Commonwealth, Boris Yeltsin. "It is an expanding black mist thingimajig,, and most probably is consumes everything it touches..."

After seeing the brief video, Okhvar the Craftsmaster made a notion. "Intriguing, Colonial friends, tell us more about this Consuming Fog for the sake of everyone here. I have a bad feeling about this." Watching the exchanges, Sharp considered what was being said. While he was concerned about the IT that the Invaders had mentioned, he had other things to think about. Mainly the arguing races. But however unnerved the Governor was by what the Invaders said, he wouldn't let it show. For thirty five years, he had ruled the Confederacy with a calm face and a level head. That wouldn't change today. First, he addressed the Suprion delegate, "Thank you for your offer of aid. Any help you can provide will be sincerely appreciated." He then said to Yorik, "Of course. Once the conference is concluded, I will accompany you." The Confederate ruler then turned to the Invaders, and the Colonial delegation. He said to Sigma, "I don't mind that you didn't answer my questions. I didn't expect honest answers anyway. But rest assured, you will have your battle. The Confederacy didn't lie down and die during our first crisis, and we certainly won't now." He then added, "And I would remind everyone that everything we choose to share is completely voluntary. If the Hegemon wishes to explain this it, he is welcome to do so, but the Colonies are under no obligation here." Sharp could feel his wife staring daggers at his back, and he hoped he had chosen rightly in appealing to the Colonies' better nature. Fio'taun answered, "Thank you, Governor Sharp, for accepting our proposal. It is a great privilege to join you in arms. Our lords want to discuss this further with you, after this Conference. Truly, they also want to meet the father(leader) of their neighbours, close to the cradle of the Union."

The Eldari and the Commonwealth delegates reacted to the video in the most disturbing manner. Strange noises can be heard in the room due to the Eldari communicating to each other in telepathy. They were speaking to each other in the most shocked way, and their inner emotions are already ao intense to the point that no words can describe their horror.
The Commonwealth delegates whispered to each other in hushed tones, murmuring in their own language to each other as they absorbed the way Der Nebel consumed everything in its path as shown in the video. Finally after a minute of hushed whispering, Heirarch Artanis then spoke,
"This Der Nebel is clearly the greatest weapon of the Invaders, and one way or another we must find a way to counter its unspeakably horrifying threat. According to Sigma, Der Nebel is expanding, which could mean that in this very moment it is consuming everything in its path..."

Aimed at the panicking delegates, Sharp quickly said, "Let's not enquire too deeply about the fog. The Hegemon said he cant explain it here. As such, further questions about this Der Nebel are only counterproductive." Now Sharp turned to the Hegemon and said, "More importantly than the fog, at least right now, is that you will need forces. I explained that Confederate manpower is intact, as well as most of our industry. And it's more than intact. It's augmented."
Sharp smiled as he revealed, "Here's another military secret about the Confederacy. When tensions were running high, just before the Invaders attacked, we created a clone army in preparation for a Third Intergalactic War. Only the Dothvalian side is completed, but it was a clone army taken from every living being in the Confederacy. Despite Confederate losses earlier in the war, they're made up now. In fact, I believe we have more soldiers than ever before in Confederate history. However, warships aren't blessed with the same short maturation span as Dothvalian soldiers, so our Navy will take some time to rebuild. But our soldiers are prepared to do whatever it takes to defeat the Invaders. The Colonies have the knowledge to best command the strategic aspects of battles against the Invaders, as well as the equipment needed to move fresh Confederate manpower to the front lines of the Second Great War. The 300 strong Nightmare Company liberated Line Maria, a token garrison held the Invaders for as long as the scientists on Maarlox needed to evacuate the base. We've improved our methods and equipment since Tau Volantis. Direct us to the site of the relics, and our units will recover them. If they fail, we have more to send. The Invaders have only faced our improved forces in small numbers. They've never faced wave after wave of Confederate Shock Commandos, and I believe if the Colonies provided precise direction for attacks, it would turn the tide of the war."
The Confederate ruler then added, speaking directly to the Hegemon, "I'm telling you all of this because I want you to accept our help. My decisions during the First Intergalactic War and the rift they led to have haunted me a great deal lately. And if you object taking help from the Confederacy, I wont dispute that sentiment. But what we do next, whatever sort of counteroffensive we mount against the Invaders...it's everything." He then said, remembering the Cardinal's words, "Even if we are, as some believe, enemies, seeing all Colonial life consumed by the encroaching darkness would devastate everyone in the Confederacy. Even if we are, as some believe, enemies, what matters next isn't old grudges. What matters is saving the lives of everyone under our leadership, and that goes for every civilisation assembled here."
Sharp then concluded, "If you'll take them, I can provide the troops the Colonies sorely need. And whatever else is required in the war."

"As I have said, there is nothing more that we can tell. There is nothing more that we know for sure.", the Hegemon said. "This Fog seems to be sentient, and it seems to be really connected to the Invaders. As you've seen in the video, it fought in the First Great War. It was somehow sealed in a temple like base we found on the planet, and our forces tried to ensure that it would remain sealed, but it seems that the Invaders have managed to find it. It will certainly be a problem.."
The purple eyed boy then made a short pause. "Right now, the Science Division is working to install the parts we already have from Heaven's Fall on the moon of the former Colonial Capital World of Terra Nova, and we strongly believe that the central piece of it is also hidden there. But the Invaders also obviously know that. We need as many forces as possible there, to protect Terra Nova, both from space, and on the surface. The Kriegsflotte will make an effort and will bring in Confederate forces, but we need to move quick. If we are going to act, and to fight together, we must do it, as soon as possible."
The members of the Colonial delegation then stood up. "We have unfortunately already spent too much time here. I must personally oversee the application of the Active Defense Doctrine, and for what it seems, complications have already appeared in the Colonies.. we will have to return.", the Hegemon continued. "But I believe that this Conference and reached its purpose, and that we will fight together. If Terra Nova and Heaven's Fall will be conquered by the Invaders.. all will be lost. Not only the Colonies, but the entire universe with us."
"The Central High Command will contact the rest of the intergalactic military forces and coordinate them. The Federated Colonies have already approved their general mobilization. We will be waiting for you all. "
And with that, the Colonials left the Conference room. The countdown had begun.

"It seems that our task here is done. We will now return to our people to further prepare for the battle at hand - the final battle as we hope. May the favor of the winds of fate be on our side. Governor..."said Fio'taun the Exarch.
After saying those words, the Suprion representatives immediately warped away from the Conference room.
