In the hangar, Sharp stood and watched as the Colonial delegation stepped out. He wore dark pants, black shoes, a white shirt, and a long coat of dark grey. Silva stood beside him in a formal dress of the same colour. However, it wasn't the usual one she wore for day to day work in Intelligence. It was far more elaborate and elegant, but extremely protective due to its silk weave. The Lieutenant Governor also wore a bracelet, necklace, and ring, each holding the same dazzling white gemstones. Her gently tanned skin was set off by by the dress, and her golden hair hung like a curtain of sunshine over her shoulders.
Security was provided by ten Naval Commandos, almost unnoticeable against a far wall of the hangar. Silva had advised Markinson be present, but Sharp had declined this idea. He suspected the agent would only be inflammatory. Sharp had chosen to attend personally because he was a friendly and familiar face to the Colonies, at least he believed so. Once the Colonial delegation had disembarked, Sharp smiled and said in a warm tone, "Welcome to the conference, my Colonial friends." Looking at Werther and the Empress, Sharp said in an interested tone, "I don't believe we've met."
Silva then added, "And I believe it's my first meeting with everyone from the Colonial delegation. A pleasure."

"Greetings, Governor Sharp.", the Hegemon said, saluting."It's good to see you again. And of course, it is an honor to meet you, Frau Silva.". The other members of the Colonial delegation saluted, including Cardinal. The blind girl was looking in the general direction of the Governor and his wife as she saluted.
"Since you haven't met before, allow me to introduce you. Governor Sharp, this is the Holy Empress Naesala, the leader of the Holy Empire of Luminaris, one of the states of the Federation.Empress, this is Governor Sharp of the Confederacy, and his wife, Frau Silva, the head of the Imperial Intelligence.", the purple eyed boy continued. The Empress smiled, and spoke calmly. "It's an honor to meet you."
"Just as I am here as the representative of the Bellum political faction in the Colonial Parliament, the Empress is here as the representative of the Concordia political faction, our rivals in the soon to come elections.", the silver haired girl shortly explained. " Great Admiral Alexander Werther here, on the other hand,is the representative of the Kriegsflotte at this meeting, and next to him, Vice Admiral Shimazaki Haruna is the liaison officer of the Jupiterran Star Fleet in the Kriegsflotte. ", Cardinal continued, introducing the two before Alexander could say something.
With the introductions done, the Hegemon took on a more serious tone. "I'd like to make this clear from now, before the other delegations arrive and join us. The political situation back in the Colonies is rather... unstable. The Colonies themselves, and both the major political factions, Concordia and Bellum, are open to negotiate with the rest of the nations at this Conference...but the situation is a little tricky. We certainly hope that the situations of the last intergalactic conferences won't repeat again, and that all the states of the IIA will be open to negotiate from equal terms.. because if not, there are many people in the Federal Diet and the Federal Council who do not want diplomacy or peace, and will jump on the opportunity. Unlike yourself, Governor, and most of the states of the IIA, we are a democracy, and the leaders of the Colonies, including me, have been elected democratically, and must follow the will of the people.. even if it's bad."

It wasn't long before reddish rifts began to tear from the fabric of space time itself. Slowly and eriely, Konstrikt Dimensional Submarines surfaced, bearing the Konstrikt delegates. Actually, just a delegate, but for some reason they chose to bring their most powerful and greatest of their starships. These are no other than of course, the Dimensional Submarines, capable of submerging themselves within the fabrics of space time to conceal themselves. But now, amother fleet comes...
Just just after the Konstrikts arrived, the golden ships of the Eldari Protectorate arrived in quick succession, and quickly sent a message of presence to the Confederates. But! The arrival of fleets isn't finished yet...
Last but not the least, the KirComm fleet arrives from hyperspace. The red stars and golden hammers and sickles glowed gloriously in the reflection of the sun of the system, and anyone looking at them would instantly know who owned those ships. The Marxist yet tolerant Kirdoni Commonwealth.
They sent a message requesting permission to land...

As the Confederate rulers slowly returned the salutes and shook hands with the Colonial delegation, Sharp said evenly, "Thank you all for coming. And it is an honour to meet you as well Empress, Great Admiral Werther, Vice Admiral Haruna." He then thought about the democracy comments and added, "Yes, Hegemon. I've been watching the political situation in the Colonies. You have my sympathies. But I'll personally assure you that every resource of the Confederate government is dedicated to the security of this conference. And many others are dedicated to making a case for intergalactic cooperation. In that sense, I'm hoping I can convince the Colonial citizens to work together with us."
The Confederate ruler then added, "And I'm sorry only the two of us are here to greet you. There are many delegations arriving, and other Confederate officials are greeting them."
Meanwhile, in another section of the hangar, High Admiral Stephanie Henderson and Dr. Nigel Blair met the disembarked Jupiterrans. She said evenly as she approached, "Welcome to Karsopolis. I am High Admiral Stephanie Henderson, and I command all Confederate Naval Forces in this current war. I don't believe we've met, but some of you are familiar with Dr. Blair, who treated Admiral Voran. Feel free to call me Admiral Henderson. I'm glad you could make it."
As for the Acruani and Loroi delegations, they were each greeted by a mobile emitter hologram of Marcus, who remained Head of Confederate Logistics. He said excitedly. "Welcome my friends. I trust everything is prepared for the conferences? The Subjugator mainly? I also have some additional things to show you once it gets under weigh."
Finally, in a comm centre, an ensign said, "To the ships from the Kirdoni Commonwealth, welcome. Please proceed to Hangar Seven. You'll be guided down by two light patrol vessels, and greeted by Confederate officials at the hangar. Also, your ships are very finely decorated."

Finally, out of the dark expanse of space, from a worm hole, came out a fleet of 3,001 Suprion ships from all the three factions of the Union - the Ichsyus, the Ploutonic Ektons and the Feshiycha. 1000 from each. The first was composed of 500 Seekers (Ichsyus science vessels) and 500 hundred Khal'Dors (saucer shaped space battleships). The second was composed of 500 Navigators (Plotounic Ekton science vessels) and 500 Quazars (star like space crafts). The third was composed of 500 Ulthars (Feshiychan science gardens) and 500 Rakhnals (space serpents). These three are led by one Sanctifier Mother ship, under the command of Razjh Thallos who was among the chiefest of the Sanctified. ---As they entered the system of Karsoplis, they sent the Confederates of the realm a message saying,"Greetings Confederates, our closest neighbours. We,the Suprions, your friends, have finally come to take part in the glorious gathering that is about to take place in this planet, which you call Karsoplis. Please give us the permission to land three pods in it's surface."

This was when the Keltaken delegate finally showed himself. The importance of maintaining an alliance with the people of Karsopolis a perminate Goshwaken delegate a veteran of diplomacy and combat Commandante Yorik val'Im was set to represent the Emperium in these dark times. "I can understand that the Keltakens and the colonials have seen eye to eye on very few issues but I can assure you now is not a time for demands from either side. Now is a time of cooperation, to show the respect all sides in this conflict deserve." A rather large grey hair goshwaken of impressive size and statuter said stepping out to stand beside the Confederate leader. "The Keltakens have given me full control to make whatever deals it will take to ensure a fair and balanced deal, I am sure a goshwaken will get a better sight for the human populace besides the demon they know as the keltakens." Outreaching his palm to shake hands with the humans the goshwaken commandant hoped that this would be a chance to finally heal old wounds everyone needed to work together, the Empire had not been truly effect by the war yet but the Commandant was no fool, it would come to them soon and they would not be spared any mercy.

"And welcome to the Keltakens as well, Commandant Yorik." After this, Sharp said, "With the arrival of the Suprions, the conference can begin.
Meanwhile, at Orbital Command, the message was sent out, "To the human delegation from Andromeda as well as the Suprions. Welcome to the conference. It will begin shortly. Please proceed to Hangar Seven and follow the naval vessels that guide you there. Once you land, you'll be directed to where the conference will actually take place."

I trust everything is prepared for the conferences? The Subjugator mainly? I also have some additional things to show you once it gets under weigh." Once on the planet surely the delegations met, though they didn't officially merge, they began to walk together. Archene of the Acruani and Pelcar of the Loroi. Besides them, there only were two Loroi, a dark and a light one, wearing military uniform but clearly having no weapons. The Loroi " Thank you for the warm welcoming, Marcus." Archene gives Marcus a smile though both Acruani would know that the man was far from feeling much, " All is prepared on Our side. Data on the Reconquest of Line Maria, survivors obtained there, reinforcements recently sent. The Subjugator, of course, has been optimized as much as possible for an appropriate Colonial AI. Though you are working externally, you still should have access to data of this kind. I wonder what Iraesh has had in his mind." He seems to ponder something, " Tell me of what you wish to me." Pelcar, meanwhile, simply seems to stand there besides him listening. It wasn't as if the Loroi were subdued, not nobility such as him, however, this Loroi has long learnt that just doing as the Acruani want makes life easier for him. Just being passive allows him to ask for resources, ships, manpower, anything. As long as he just stays there and listens when not needed, things will be well, and after all, wasn't this nothing more than Acruani politics for now?

"We certainly hope so too.", the Hegemon said to the Governor. "Some Colonials want to negotiate, some don't. If this Conference goes nicely, there are high chances that the political faction who wishes for intergalactic cooperation will win the next elections. If not, and the states of the IIA will treat the Colonies like that again. or try to propose insulting things like disarming the Federation... let's just hope that nothing like that will happen."
The purple eyed boy then more or less willingly shook the Goshwaken's hand. "Let's hope that a cooperation will actually work. The Keltaken Empire isn't exactly loved in the Federation, and up until now, the Keltakens have proved themselves more than willing to disrupt the Colonial and Allied war effort however they could. Until now, your Empire has refused to help against the Invaders. Your Empire has gotten involved in the Drathian Civil War, stopping Drathian forces from helping the Kriegsflotte in the Milky Way. And you have been more that hostile towards the Great Council of the Humans in the Andromeda, which is currently the biggest foreign resources and armaments supplier of the Federation."
Julius then remained quiet for a few moments, and looked both at the Goshwaken and at the Confederate leader. "Billions of Colonials have died until now to keep the Abyssals at bay. We received help from the other allied forces, but it was too few, and too late. The tables will turn, eventually."
The Hegemon then smiled. "Let's hope that this conference will be beneficial to all the nations taking part in it."
Meanwhile, the MSHC Sovereignty sent out a transport ship, which landed in the hangar that was indicated by the Confederates. More humans got out of the transport ship, waiting for the Confederates to lead them to where the Conference was going to take place. All of the humans were wearing dark, camouflage green uniforms, with slightly ligter green coats with hoods. There were emblems on the back of those coats, which seemed to be modified emblems of the Wings of Freedom. Black swords with black wings on the black and the right, and surrounded by the twelve golden stars, the old symbol of the Colonies. Most of the humans were wearing their hoods, so no one could see their faces unless it would get close, except for the one who seemed to be their leader, a young man with a messy, dark brown hair, and light red eyes. And so, they waited.

My entire being here is to stop all of the problems that we are having and look forward to a solution that we can all be pleased with. The very thought id ask you to demilitarize in a time like this is pure tactical suicide. If you want to know more about the terms of that treaty then by all means speak to me in private later I am one who helped to draft the demands, Up until now the abyssal have been a far cry from the issues of the Emperium but now you will get its support in full of stopping them, for the moment not a single move has been made against the Emperium and its industry is stronger then ever we are ready to do what we must and die to stop these creatures for killing us all. We understand the stakes that is why the Empress isn't here we cannot risk an outburst from our side as much as you cannot risk one for yours. We weren't willing to risk nature taking over and threatening the conference. I know how it is to fight the keltakens my ancestors did it and lost, your not the first to lose billions of lives to Keltken regression and don't doubt you will be the last. I digress however you need them and we can continue this discussion later for now let us head to the meeting we have little time to spare i would take it." Once he finished talking the Commandante headed back into the chambers where the talks would be held to wait for the others.

In the hangar, Lieutenant Jason Jennings greeted the arriving Andromeda humans, as well as Phantom One Jack Markinson of Intelligence. "Welcome to the conference," the Lieutenant said evenly. "I'm glad the Andromeda human delegation could attend. I'm Lieutenant Jason Jennings, the Confederacy's highest-ranked surviving soldier to personally fight the Invaders during the initial engagements. I took commando of Wendigo Company and most of the ground effort after Embry's death on Tau Volantis."
Markinson then said, "I'd like to welcome you as well. I'm Jack Markinson, Director Silva's most senior agent. I hope things are more stable with the Keltakens in Andromeda. Last I remember of the situation, the Director had dispatched a task force where the Keltaken fleet was attacking Drathia, with orders to defend you and the Drathians from the Inquisition if worst came to worst. But judging by your presence, it didn't. Whenever you're ready, we can lead you to the conference."

It didn't take the KirComm delegates long to get aboard transports. From there, they proceeded to join the light vessels that will escort them to the surface. After a short while, they have landed and the transports, which were finely decorated with Marxist insignias, discharged their passengers. At the first minutes, only humans came out of them. Then after them, the insectoid Kirdoni came out. To anyone seeing them for the first time, one would be slightly frightened. They had 8 small black eyes, and 4 limbs. Their carapaces were like rugged steel, and their teeth like knives. Despite this, however, they had a rather respectful behaviour towards strangers, and have no fear of them. Or as it seems...

The red eyed young human looked at the two Confederates, before he continued to speak. "I am the High Councilor of the Humans in the Andromeda, and the Representative of the Humans in the Andromeda to the Acruani Collective. I would tell you my name, but for reasons I can't disclose for now, not even the Acruani now my name... but you can call me the way every human in the Andromeda does. The Captain.", the human said, smiling. "These here are my officers, but once again, we would like not to tell our names if necessary." The Captain made a short pause, before he spoke again. "It's good to now that we are at least welcomed to the conference, since in the last time, the states of the IIA have been pretty good at ignoring the race occupying around a quarter of the Andromeda, ever since the ultimatum of the Keltakens. But we will not accept this any further.", the human said, smiling. "Stable is a relative word.. we''re never going to trust those reptiles, and they're never going to trust us. But we're not as defenseless as we once were. We currently have a sizeable force, so we're more than able to defend ourselves from those demons." The Captain then smiled. "We are ready whenever you are.'

With no further ado, the Suprion delegates boarded in 3 enormous pods, and soon after that they warped in to Hangar Seven. Orchestral sounding music can be heard by the ears of the people there. Such is the style of the Suprions whenever they arrive in important events like this. "This is a splendid world, don't you agree, fellow craft masters?", said the leader of the Suprion delegates, the apprentice of Ulnir.
"Ah yes, but it probably looks somewhat marred..."
"From what I heard, the Confederacy repelled several Invader attacks just recently, even in their capital. Hopefully the Invaders don't mess things up like they did in the Xalion conference. Today is a glorious day for the Five Realms..."

Arriving rather late from the Magellanic Cloud 1 are the Grand Alliance delegates. They have recieved the Governor's message, but took no time to answer, perhaps because they are hurrying too much. Besides, they are easily known by the blue eagle insignias on their ships. In total, they were a single Merkava class battleship, and 2 Magach cruisers. They carried around 37 delegates, all well known names in their fields of study. Science, technology, strategy, and logistics.
Though they were arriving rather unexpectedly, they sent a message that requested permission to land.
