"Yes, we have noticed fluctuations in Line Maria, but we couldn't confirm what it was until now, and we simply couldn't spare any forces for an attack on it, no matter how much we would have wanted. If what you say is true, than the Federated Colonies will be deeply indebted to you, especially for saving our citizens.", the Hegemon said. "The Colonial military and administration would of course want to return there as soon as possible, but we would appreciate any help the Acruani can give us until we can properly establish our forces there." The Hegemon made a short pause. "As for Line Gloria, I did see a report that indicated the detection of nuclear explosions in the area, but we considered them to be natural, or maybe due to the explosion of the reactors of Colonial shipwrecks. Except for that, nothing. The same for Line Victoria and Line Rose. Reports indicate that the Invaders might be preparing something, but we don't know for sure. They went silent after we defeated them at Line Stacia, and their large attacks have stopped. Ever since, we only dealt with a few small attacks. But that's exactly why we believe that they might be doing something." After the Hegemon finished speaking, the Holy Empress also started to speak. "Yes, we have been able to recover some of the side pieces of Heaven's Fall, but the central piece is the problem. Our SPEKO units are working on recovering it right now, but let's just say that getting it is difficult... we'll have to handle it with extreme care. And once we get that piece, we are going to have to ask for military help in protecting it as we move it together with the other pieces. The Invaders will surely try to attack us if they find out that we have it. But there is a little problem about it." "This however brings us to a rather.. thorny problem we currently have,", the Hegemon continued. "We quite obviously can't fight together if we continue to throw threats at each other. And the situation of the humans in the Andromeda galaxy has become rather problematic, because of the Keltakens, which as usual, completely disregarded any diplomacy, and just started to threaten both the humans in the Andromeda, and the Federated Colonies, because of a perfectly normal and legal referendum. And that's why, the Council isn't all too eager to help us..." The one that called himself the Captain, the leader of the Human Council in the Andromeda, smiled, before he spoke. "In order for us to use Heaven's Fall, we need the control machine that was built by the Human Colonial Alliance in order to automatically control it. Because, as far as I know, none of us is an expert in handling and controlling Ancient relics. That mechanism was sent off Earth after the Battle of Sol, and was recovered by the authorities of what would become the Federated Colonies, back during the First Secession War, when some Colonials wanted to use Heaven's Fall against the Terran forces. It was never used though, because it failed a Diet vote, and the mechanism was then hidden. And what better place to hide it than in the Andromeda? That was countless centuries before the Keltakens actually started to become a problem. " Taking a small, holographic projector out of his pocket, the human put in on the table, as it showed a computer like mechanism, a rather large one, that seemed to be supposedly attacked to something. For those who were familiar with the now rather obsolete mechanisms of the Human Colonial Alliance, that surely was made by them, and it did seem rather similar to what controlled the Heaven's Fall piece back on Tau Volantis. "We are currently in the possession of the mechanism, but we'll give it only if we receive a guarantee that we will be able to hold our referendum, and take on its result, with no interference with anyone, no matter what the result will be. If not, well, you're all more than free to try to study the central relic and try to recreate something to control it." The Commandante nodded, "I understand as well does the empire we are all on edge at the moment, as I said the Keltaken Empire will obey the agreements and promises I make here and now. That being said the Keltakens will do nothing to stop any further Colonial activity so long as the invaders are a threat. While things may be allowed for now this could lead to problems in the future once this conflict is over and the safety of the people on those planets should be taken into consideration, the Keltaken Empire feels it has exclusive claims on Andromeda and while things may be dire now that will not always be the case. It has shown repeatedly that it will not tolerate colonials inside of Andromeda, never the less you will be allowed to operate as you see fit without Keltaken interference." he laid back in his seat taking out and eating a banana in his seat while he thought of what to say next after a few bites he continued. "While your referendum may stand while the war goes on with the invaders, it may end up creating a new one in the future, I hope you will you be prepared for the consequences of your actions here today." with that the Commandante sat back in his chair and looked at the acrunai ambassador knowing full well he was challenging the Keltakens to make a move against the colonials. "You will not have to worry your information gathering will go undisturbed as you are a great friend of the Empire, as well, our mechanized forces are mobilizing and we are creating bigger and better machines each day compatible with your systems of course. If there is ever anything the Empire can do to help it's allies all you need to do is ask" his eyes scanned the room one more before he continued, "Now then as of this moment the information I am about to give cannot leave this room only a few know of it." with a deep sigh he was forced to admit a great disappointment. "Approximately a month ago at 09:00 galactic standard time the Empress of the Keltaken Empire was kidnapped by a creature known as a Delieggen. The motives behind the attack are unknown and the Empress is assumed dead, as that we must soon sadly announce the death of the First great line of the Keltaken Empire and give rise to the Second, as such until the cardinals have chosen the successor to the throne the Inquisition will be doing everything that it can to shore up the holes in out defenses we are already interrogating the creature who seemed to have amazing shape shifting capabilities. Completely undetectable they took us by absolute surprise, never the less these words cannot be taken out of this room I hope you all can understand." he said sitting back down and taking another banana for his trouble he hated having to break this news.

Finally, in behalf of the Union, Okvhar, the chiefest among the Suprion craftmasters present, arose and addressed all the people. He thus spoke, saying,"Our friends, dwellers of the Five Realms, we, the Suprions are indeed glad in taking part in this peculiar occasion. The Thal'hus, the lords whom we serve, send you all their benevolent greetings. For many ages, we longed for such to take place. If you would excuse us, please allow us first to briefly introduce ourselves so that we could properly impart to you our presents. Also, we are very much aware that most of you, save the Eldari and the Grand Alliance, hardly know anything about us - a mystery. Please patiently listen to our tale. We are the native dwellers of Triangulum. The firstfruit of the Arga; a very ancient people. We were brought into being to bring complete unity, peace, harmony and order to the races of the universe. For that reason, we were bestowed a very precious gift - "the Vakh" or "the Link" in your own tongue. It is our natural and divine connection with the universe. It the basis of all our technology and the mark of who we are. During our beginning, before you were, the Arga commissioned our fathers to share this to the rest of the living. In spite of this, they followed the path of corruption and engaged in a vicious conflict amongst themselves, which led our race then to near extinction. Nevertheless, three clans were preserved and united by Moha'Shack. He handed them a Code or a Law that every Suprion should observe throughout the following generations - it is the body of ordinances, which our constitution was built upon. Moreover, he also gave each of the three, a crystal. One (glew like scarlet) gave the other a strong bond with motion, while another (glew blue) gave the other group a strong bond with the earth/ground, on the other hand, the third(glew like emerald) gave the last a strong bond with living things. So from these three clans, after a millenium, three highly advanced Empires were born - the Ichsyus, the Ploutonic Ektons and the Feshyisca. At the start, during ancient days of old, these powerful people were very much united. Oh, especially in exploring the stars for the thrones' glory. We were once known as the great explorers of old. Our people then, have reached countless worlds. Concerning the races that they met, including the sons of earth, they taught the wisdom of our kind. It was just easy for them, because of our ability to instantly know other languages through the Vakh. In addition, our fathers were not only teachers to them, but also regarded as gods. Unfortunately, because of quells among their subjects and sudden feuds within the Empires, they were called back and forced to abandon their new found colonies to join their brethren in battle. So they left, and found the Empires savagely warring each - the Great Discord between brothers had began again. Along with this, the races that they've encountered started to forget them. For milleniums, we slayed each other. At the same time, our people selfishly conquered and consumed many other worlds in very remote realms. The interesting thing is, while we did these, we were just watching you from far away. We knew you, though you knew us not. We saw your conflicts and tragedies, but we did nothing. However, through a hero's belief and sacrifice - we have united again as the Union of the Suprion Empires. Today, we seek to make right what we made wrong. With our whole hearts, we intend to share our technology for the better good and for the strong unity between us, regardless of the past. May we all be of one mind herein whether Conderate, Colonial, Keltaken or whatever. Nonetheless, we just can't share everything - there is technology with us that we regard as secret knowledge. Things which the Thal'hus would never allow us to make known. Furthermore, honestly, we don't want another race to make one type of uniform for all, especially on us. Though we understand why, it's quite offensive if our culture is concerned..."

"And so they've returned," Sharp said when the Suprions had finished speaking. In a tone of deep concern, he continued, "Well, everyone assembled should prepare themselves. I'll explain for you these things called Delieggen. They were supposed to be gone, but obviously Governor Henry wasn't thorough enough."
"Wait," Silva said suddenly. "I'll enlighten them. You know their historical information, but I've been keeping tabs on their old homeworlds since those scientists disappeared. I have a bit more to share."
She then said in a commanding tone to Markinson, "Jack. Prepare an Intelligence unit against them, and tell Assistant Director Kennison to handle operations for now, until I'm finished here at the Conference." Once the agent had left, the Director added, "Now, the Delieggen. As Commandante Yorik explained, they are shape shifters. They are also masterful infiltrators. There were only ever a few billion of them, but every one of them were on par with my agents. And once upon a time, the Confederacy tried to wipe them off the face of the universe."
Feeling the tension in the room increase tenfold, Silva added, "It was five hundred years ago, and one of the biggest milestones for the Confederacy as a galactic power. We had stood above alien race for centuries by then, but our near extermination of them marked it as official. Now, some of you might condemn our attempt to annihilate another race. To you I say, you have no idea what monsters they were and are. They were ancient enemies of the Dothvalians, and they lived on worlds of fire and smoke. This war was the first time we had to make armour that had breathing equipment for our commandos like the Dothvalians have. If we hadn't had filtration on all the volcanic planets we hit, we'd have suffocated in minutes. But why we initiated the war. For decades, they had slowly infiltrated the Confederacy, eventually reaching very high posts and murdering our highest officials. They would kidnap citizens on our more remote planets and sacrifice them to their false idols. They killed some of our leaders. If they hadn't tried to kill Governor Gabriel Henry, who ruled the Confederacy at the time, we may not have tried to eradicate them altogether. But they had been murdering our citizens, assassinating our leaders, and harassing other nations within Triangulum. So Confederate Intelligence took a closer look, and found nothing redeeming about them. Murder, rape, robbery, infanticide, human sacrifice, idolatry, and other sins. All of these things they practised on a daily basis. And not just a rogue element. The entire society was evil, through and through. Once the war actually started, they fought with a demon like ferocity more terrifying than modern necromorphs, and aside from the Abyssals, they're the most wicked beings you'll ever know. The war against them was led by High Admiral George Hamilton, and others. This war lasted fifteen years, and it was a nightmare for everyone who fought it. For fifteen years, those monsters dug their heels into the ash and lava of their homeworlds. For fifteen years, they butchered our soldiers on a dozen planets."
She stopped for a bit, allowing those in attendance to take in this information. "But we had a mission. These things were shape shifters, they were as big as an Inquisition Knight in their true form, and when they were cornered but still in darkness, they fought with a ferocity unlike anything you know. The vicious manner in which Confederate troops fight when they're determined to win? We learnt it from them. Our only men who survived were the ones who learned. First we followed them into the smoke, darkness, and fire of their homeworlds. Once we cleared the surface of each world, we found them filled with tunnels and underground cities. So we followed the monsters down as well. We found shrines to things called the 'Lords of Darkness', and their warriors sometimes said 'the Lords of Darkness are coming.' I believe these Lords of Darkness were the Abyssals, and the Delieggen were trying to help them return to the universe. But we must have prevented this when we destroyed the shrine. Burnt their temples, levelled their cities, felled their greatest warriors, executed every single one we could find."
Silva concluded, "The last and bloodiest battle was for their homeworld, Karlaazen. We lost as many men to these creatures as we did to colonising Triangulum. For half a millennium, it's been a ruin. They never rebuilt their cities on the surface. But obviously they've recovered, and it's time to descend into the planets' fiery cores once more. This time, we'll finish what we started." As a look of fiery determination crossed her face, Silva added, "No one at the conference is required to aid us in this task. It's our carelessness that allowed them to return, a mistake we'll now correct. Dont try to dissuade us. The universe is better off without them."
Then a three dimensional hologram appeared as Silva pressed a button, one of a Delieggen in its true form, with its grey skin, sunken eyes, and irises blacker than any space. And of course their massive size, as well as black and orange armour. She smiled as she said, "This is a Delieggen in its true form, and we thought them gone."

As soon as Silva was finished speaking, the Eldari Admiral of the First Lost Fleet, Syndrelix, began to speak as well.
"The Delieggen probably aren't the only creatures that have risen back from the shadows. For our ancestors have fought and silenced another race as well - The Metatons, masters of cybernetic warfare and stealing information. When our exploration took us to the galactic core of the Milky Way, we found to our horror many worlds and systems turned to lifeless balls of rock. Upon closer investigation, our scouts found out the culprits in the destruction seemed to be these machine like cybernetic beings."
The Eldari placed a holo-projector on the table, and it showed the Metatons fighting each other and the Eldari exploration fleets.
"It seems that these Metatons are divided into two major warring factions. We did not have enough time to see whether we make an alliance with one of the two, and even if we had, we will not do so, for the collateral destruction they caused was simply horrifying. Most of the Eldari no longer remember this campaign, as it ocurred at least 14,000 years ago. But I, as well as the late Conclave and some of the more renowned members of the Templar Caste, still suspect that they may have reawakened. When it seemed that conventional means wasn't going to stop them, we used hundreds of psi-disruptors to send them to a death-like sleep. We left there many detector stations in order to know if they have reawakened. Though hundreds of psi-disruptors are more than enough to keep them asleep for millennia, it seemed that they have reawakened. The detector stations have fed us information of massive spikes of radiation. It means only one thing - They have reawakened. We do not know for how long they will remain in the galactic core, as we have seen that they will readily consume other civilizations in order to incorporate their technology for their own benefit."
With that, Syndrelix removed the holo-projector from the table, and waited for a response.

"Then, the military units of the Council will escort that machine to the Federated Colonies, where it shall be given to the Science Division of the Colonial Armed Forces.", the Captain said, smiling. As if that was the response he was waiting from the other delegates.. the humans clearly knew that the Keltakens would interfere sometime in the future, but now, they could focus on the Invaders. Cardinal seemed pretty happy about it, while the Hegemon and the Luminarian Empress seemed to be more concerned about the consequences of that referendum.
But then the Confederates started to talk about the Delieggen and what they were actually. As Director Silva continued to explain, the only one who actually seemed to be somewhat interested in the subject was of course, Cardinal, the blind girl even smiling when the Confederate woman mentioned the details about the society of the Delieggen, and then once again when she mentioned how the Confederate forces hunted them, destroying the surface of their planets, and then taking the fight into the underground, going as far as to something that could be called a xenocide... the Hegemon seemed to be rather concerned, listening carefully at what the Confederates were explaining, but the other Colonial delegate, the Holy Empress seemed to be... rather shocked. Her race was one of the most pacifist in the entire Federated Colonies, so she clearly didn't like to hear about how corrupted the Delieggen society was.... and the measures the Confederates had to use. The Luminarians hadn't been evil at all, but for a large part of their history, until they joined the Federation, they had been hunted, enslaved, raped and killed without mercy, due to their nature. Their culture itself believed that nothing was evil, beyond salvation.. it was well known that they had been proposing actions to try to save the Abyssalized Colonials for quite a while. So hearing what the Confederates had did to the Delieggen, and what the Delieggen had done to the Confederates was rather.. disturbing.
"Yeah, please spare us from your reptilian threats for now.", Cardinal said rather rudely to the delegate of the Keltaken Empire, although quite obviously, he was a Goshwaken, not a Keltaken. "It serves you good to have your Empress kidnapped, and even if we're supposed to be allied or something, I must say it: your nation fully deserved it." Then, the silver haired girl looked at the Confederates. "Well, well, who would have guessed that the Confederates were able to do something like this... I can understand your reasoning, though, it seems that you ended up pretty well next to your current ally. Two nations guilty of xenocides... what a match.", she said, smirking. "Though, next time, try to nuke their planets, destroy them. Try not to fail, if those, Delieggen or whatever you call them survive, they could be a lot of problem. We're going to perform a full check on our entire Officer Corps and on the Council and the Diet just to be sure."
Still seeming rather shocked, the Holy Empress managed to say something, although in a pretty low voice. "The Colonial Federal State will however express a formal disagreement at the acts of the Confederacy in this matter. The Article of Colonization compel us to do it. Under normal circumstances.. the Articles would require us to intervene, and stop the xenocide, like we did back on Drathia.. but under these special circumstances, it can be.. overlooked."
The Hegemon sighed. He didn't like the way Cardinal was speaking, but unfortunately, he couldn't stop her anyway, so he simply remained silent until she stopped talking, waiting again until the Empress also said what she wanted to say. "We.. understand. We can offer you military help if so needed, but the Colonial Federal State will never approve the use of its troops in xenocidal actions, I hope that you can understand that. And we're pretty focused on the current Invader fronts anyway, so we'll only be able to spare a few battlegroups anyway.", the purple eyed boy said. "Those Delieggen seem to be capable of giving us many problems...."
And just as the Hegemon was thinking about how to deal with this problem, especially considering how many other problems the Colonies currently had to face... maybe by making the KOLSI check the Officer Corps, the Council, and the Diet like the Cardinal suggested.. he suddenly noticed a presence behind him, but before he was able to fully realize what was happening... it happened.
"Boo!", somebody cried behind him, making the Hegemon fall out of his seat, turning around only to see a pink eyed girl looking at him, and just behind her, a purple eyed girl, looking at the one who scared the Hegemon with disapproval.
"I scared you!", the pink eyed girl said, laughing, already clearly recognizable as Sigma, not only due to the glowing color of eyes, but also because of her general appearance, as she didn't seem to have changed at all from the moment she had barged in the emergency session of the Parliament back then, and of course, because of her smile. "You should be more careful, you know!"
"I must apologize for my sister's behavior, we haven't been meaning to interrupt.", the other Abyssal, clearly Omega said, apologizing. The two Abyssals seemed to be present at the Conference.. until the Hegemon roughly unsheathed his sword, trying to hit Sigma, only for his sword to simply pass through, revealing that she was a.. hologram?
"You can't!", Sigma said, sticking her tongue out at her older brother.

"Again?!", blasted a Shadow Templar present in the meeting. "These Abyssals are barging in again to meetings that are supposed to plan their very destruction?"
"They do not surprise me...", said Executor Selderis as she noticeably increased the power of her psionic shields tenfold. "The Abyssals seemingly do not feel bound to the rules of conduct or ethics, so they come in whenever they want. Only, this time they did not come in person, but rather... In hologram..."
"Or perhaps they are ethereal now...", answered Syndrelix, even though Selderis wasn't talking to him. "They may be in person but they have switched to an ethereal form. Since these Ancient Swords can kill a High Invader, they may have become ethereal as a precaution."
A mechanical, synchronized voice boomed in the room. "Damn you, Abyssal scum! How dishonorable of you to sneak into the conferences of your foes!"
That was, of course, a Konstrikt delegate, a levitating machine that looked like a ball of energy coated by steel plates. When it comes to the Invaders, the Konstrikt show no restraint in expressing their outrage, especially when two Abyssal girls barge in uninvited to such meetings.
Some of the Commonwealth delegates began murmuring among themselves...
"THAT is her sister?"
"Julia Kingsley is her name, from what I heard."
"What the hell happened to her?"
"Who is that woman at the back?"
"Good thing we found out that they were here."
"He shouldn't consider her his sister anymore."

As Silva listened to the Colonials speak, she remained quiet. After all three had spoken, the Intelligence Director said evenly to the Cardinal, "Perhaps, Cardinal, you can loosely use the term xenocide here. But we didn't work so hard because we hated the Delieggen. We couldn't allow them to wreak havoc elsewhere. Had we let them spread beyond Triangulum, the damage they could have done becomes infinite." She then said to the Holy Empress, "Thank you, Empress, for your decision in this matter. I assure you, we dont start this again without the utmost necessity." She finally said to the Hegemon, "And thank you, Hegemon, for your offer of aid. The Confederacy is prepared to face the Delieggen alone, and doesn't ask the Colonies to violate their principles by aiding a debatable xenocide. But if you would like to send units to assist and observe, feel free to do so." She then added,"But this changes nothing. Our commandos stand ready to bring the fight to the Invaders in the Milky Way. If you will accept our help, of course."
Once the Invader Knights had been spotted, Sharp smiled and said in a calm tone, "Unexpected guests. Welcome to the conference. I hope you're enjoying the scenery on Karsopolis. Tell me, why isn't Michael with you? It seems odd for him to be absent."
He then added, "And are we right? Are you the 'Lords of Darkness' the Delieggen so fiercely believed in? Were they trying to summon you back into our dimension during that ancient conflict?"

"Are all of this aliens morons without any kind of respect?", Sigma asked, suddenly sounding a little angry, looking at Syndrelix specifically as she slowly stood up. The Hegemon backed down, sheathing back his sword, but still looking at his sisters.. although it would have been difficult to say what exactly he was feeling now. Was it anger? Hate? Grief? Guilt? Sadness? All of them?
"If we would have really wanted to do something to this conference, we would have already killed you all by now, honor or not. It's clear that you're scared of us, but calm down." Calmer than her sister, Omega continued. "As my sister just said, we are not here to attack this conference in any kind of way. We are using this holographic system because we want to tell you something. The High Ones do not know about this."
But Sigma's attention was then attracted by Sharp. "Why do you think that we will actually answer those questions? Don't mistake our temporary kindness, we are still your enemies, and if we would have actually been here, I would have loved nothing more than to cut off most of you... in many... bleeding.. pieces.", the pink eyed girl said, as she started to smile towards the end of her sentence. "We couldn't have taken Rho with us, quite obviously. That moron would have reported all of this to the High Ones, and we don't need them to know about this. He's far too young, and far too loyal.."
Still smiling, Sigma approached her brother, looking at him for a few moments, her attention being clearly focused on his eye patch.. before she continued. "I personally don't care about any of you. If it would have been up to me, we would have already slaughtered all of you in cold blood, but They didn't let us..", Sigma started to speak. "But even so, I don't like unfair fights... and I don't like what They have decided to do. Where would the fun be if we would simply cut through the Colonies like a hot knife through butter?..", she seemed to ask. "So... we decided to warn you. Beware brother, cause your moronic soldiers found something that shouldn't have been found. They found It... together with what you were actually looking for...and It escaped..."
Clearly realizing what Sigma was talking about, the purple eyed boy made a step back.. looking... scared? "Wait... you can't talk be talking about...", the Hegemon started to say in a low voice. "It couldn't have been there anymore... we got rid of It... back then... we did... I'm sure..."
"Unfortunately, what my sister is saying is right. It was there, and It escaped, and It is expanding... you have to hurry, you all have to hurry.", Omega completed. The rest of the Colonial delegation seemed to also know what the two Abyssals were talking about, each reacting differently. Cardinal looked maybe... a little concerned, while the Holy Empress seemed to be terrified. Alexander looked even more terrified than the Luminarian Empress.
"So, as a conclusion, you all morons should stop arguing and threatening and actually get going, before it's too late. I want a big fight when we slaughter you all, so please... don't disappoint me...", Sigma slowly added... smiling.

"Seems we have to listen what they have said...", said the Heirarch of the Protectorate, Artanis in a tone both concern and horror. Continuing, he turned to Sigma, "We will ensure that in this big fight you wish for, we will take along with us to hell. It is only fair."
Still not finished, he turned to the Hegemon, and said, "Hegemon, I can detect that the entire Colonial delegation seems to know what they are speaking of... But their negative emotions are preventing me from telepathy. Hegemon, tell us. What is this IT that they speak of? The IT that was there, that escaped, and is expanding? We must know, so that we will know how to deal with it..."

After hearing various issues and seeing the unwelcomed guests, Okvhar spoke, saying, "I can sense a great disturbance in the Vakh, something terrible especially when these visitors of ours came. The Keltaken Empress has been kidnapped by an old foe and now here are some holograms of Invaders. Well, are we here for the said purpose or are we here to discuss things that are different entirely? No offense on our friends. Oh, I can sense fear among us. We believe that it also comes from these(pointing to the two holograms). Can you feel it, barbaric invaders? Your kind's end is at hand! Is it that fear that drove you to commune with us? Send your hordes if you will! It is the Alliance that will stand triumphant! We will leave none of you alive! Now that we are one, it is inevitable. Haha!... Especially now, my people have returned to these realms. For milleniums, our people had many ancient enemies. All of which we wiped out from the face of the stars! Never to be seen again! It included our wayward brethren, shape shifters like the Delieggen. Soon you will be one of them! So tell your masters to just surrender if they want to have a chance to live. Is that clear? So we can get things straight here,if you mind... Before leaving, what is the IT that you've mentioned?...

In truth the Keltakens had far more then just one interest in this conflict, survival was of the utmost priority but the second was to check the strength of their potential enemies, so far the Keltakens had remained unscathed and all efforts where being made into all kinds of projects, one of the most notable was the creation of a new Capital ship it would be the size of a small moon with it's own impressive assortment of weapons with new ones to be created inside its many labs. It was in one of these labs a special parasite was created, perhaps it wouldn't be noticed for a time if something where to happen to this Okvhar, the side effects wouldn't be seen for quiet some time. The Goshwaken ambassador would have to wait for a right time, however he did feel bad for the parasite having to use a host as dull as this one seemed, oh well. Leaning into his coat pocket he pressed a red button and quietly spoke into it in Keltaken native, "iniaviaave zeava proavocal avhe porandor muukav ukurvive. . . " to those who could understand the basic keltaken language "Initiate Zeta protocol, the empire must survive" The Acrunai would know that Zeta protocol is the final contingency of the Empire, suspending Keltakens in cryogenic sleep for eons possibly until an Acrunai could awaken them and bring their kind back into the world, it was a plan devised after the first intergalactic war encase the humans ever could get the upper hand, the Keltakens would lock themselves away in hidden vaults along with the genetic code of their follower species to create more. If the worlds would burn the Keltaken and their technology would survive in some way, shape, or form. Regardless this just went to show how prepared the Keltakens where to keeping their species alive, for those not yet euthanized by practices of the Darthains the Keltaken Empire could see a resurgence in a matter of centuries and time was something Keltakens had in spades. "So then, if this concludes everything I need to go and make a few reports to the ground council, "Holy Empress, Hegemon, Cardinal, I have been given orders to ask if you would accompany me back to Keltaken space to meet with our new regent when time permits...It is long overdue that the heads of the Heads of our two groups should talk again. I would insist that you come with me once you are all able, it would be best for all of our sake." with that the goshwaken settled back into his seat pressing the red button again as to turn off the communicator with the KDF or Keltaken Defense Force. Things had certainly turned interesting, turning to the confederate delegate Sharp, "It may be wise for you my friend to come with us as well, their is much to be discussed and little time to do so."

If the Goshwaken forgot something, it was that the ability of the Eldari to read minds. They can read one's thoughts with a wirr of their eyes, and can discern one motives from afar. However, that doesn't mean that they can immediately understand such alien languages, though learning a new language is like learning how to clench a fist for them.
Syndrelix, an ever-suspicious and inquisitive Admiral, knew what the Goshwaken said, at least partially. He can discern that the Goshwaken was most displeased with Okhvar's taunting, but he also knew that is natural for a race that has reached across multiple galaxies and knowing many forbidden secrets to not be afraid of anything, not even such intergalactic threats like the Invaders. However, he cannot understand what "Iniaviaave zeava proavocal avhe porandor muukav ukurvive. . ." meant, though he can guess that it was something urgent. Though he couldn't care more or less, for in this war, only defeating the Invaders matter.
"Okhvar...", said a Commonwealth delegate, Yuri Polkanovich. "I think that these hologrammed Invaders will actually want you to be along when this Sigma tries to murder everyone of us sometime later..."

'You would think that natural selection would eliminate idiotic creatures such as this one...Seems to be more the Keltaken role as of lately the idiot threatens and boasts like a king without providing little strength to back it up...possibly will make a good target for when this damn war is over.' the goshwaken thought to himself. Okhvar paused and looked at the Goshwaken intently, and said, "I heard you. It seems that you know not that we Suprions can read minds, and can sense every motive. Indeed, you know nothing about us. At least, the Eldari know us, though almost everyone here don't. Nonetheless, if you think we're mad, yes, we are mad though not in your sense, 'idiotic'. Well, I will not be offended by such trivial things. And don't worry, you'll see how we back it up. Oh, we have met many like your kind and I believe that our races might have met before. I am convinced that our peoples would be the best of friends after this 'damn war' is over, in spite of what you may do. We are fond of watching your species - we have many things in common. Forgive me if I sounded very odd or dull to you. It is difficult not to when our people were once beheld as gods during days of old and gone through so much." Then, another prominent Suprion delegate, Fio'taun the Exarch from the Council of Seers, said to Governor Sharp, "Considering that among us here, the Suprions are the nearest to the Confederacy in terms of distance, it is only practical that we will aid you in scouring these wretched Delieggen from the galaxy. The Suprions are at your service."

Watching the exchanges, Sharp considered what was being said. While he was concerned about the IT that the Invaders had mentioned, he had other things to think about. Mainly the arguing races. But however unnerved the Governor was by what the Invaders said, he wouldn't let it show.
For thirty five years, he had ruled the Confederacy with a calm face and a level head. That wouldn't change today. First, he addressed the Suprion delegate, "Thank you for your offer of aid. Any help you can provide will be sincerely appreciated."
He then said to Yorik, "Of course. Once the conference is concluded, I will accompany you."
The Confederate ruler then turned to the Invaders, and the Colonial delegation. He said to Sigma, "I don't mind that you didn't answer my questions. I didn't expect honest answers anyway. But rest assured, you will have your battle. The Confederacy didn't lie down and die during our first crisis, and we certainly won't now." He then added, "And I would remind everyone that everything we choose to share is completely voluntary. If the Hegemon wishes to explain this it, he is welcome to do so, but the Colonies are under no obligation here."
Sharp could feel his wife staring daggers at his back, and he hoped he had chosen rightly in appealing to the Colonies' better nature.

The Suprions are at your service." The Goshwaken Commandante shook his head and growled lowly, "I would remind both of you then that if you are to delve into my mind again, the Empire will consider it an act of espionage and therefore retaliate....Stay out of my mind and while you may have caught me off guard once try it again and I will notice you. In all my years as a diplomat i've learned to tell when a creature is poking at my mind, do not think the Empire is so desperate not to start a war right now over acts such as this either the Suprions or the Commonwealth, this alliance is still shaky at best so this will be your only warning not to do something like this again." the goshwakems words where cold as ice, in truth the psionic races had truly insulted goshwaken and the Empire by forcing themselves into his mind. Usually he would be able to block them, he had let his guard down for a moment with everything going on, if they attempted something like that again he would sense them and put a plasma bolt into them himself if need be. For now the act will be allowed, with that the commandante simply glared at both of the psionic races making a mental know of the Superions in Triangulum, "Now then may we continue?"
