Her face lit up a little with a slight smile, and she gently ran her hand up his arm, resting it on his shoulder.
"Well no matter, I'm sure you can prevail against these enemies of yours. I imagine many of us will be staying down here for a while, to gather other tribes to us and hopefully bring them under our skull rather than their own. But I'll definitely be wanting to go with you straight away. For now though.."
She shifted on the bed, laying down upon it and inviting him to lay down beside her.

The camp was coming under way nicely. Fortifications around the perimeter were nearly finished, thanks to the help of the Vinecrawlers and their friends. Ther were a multitude of barriers, trenches, and big guns. Formidal, perhaps, but not indestructable. The Drathians were extremely thankful though, for the aid that the native Sein'Hae had offered them. There were discussions about simplu giving them the secrets of Faster Than Light Travel and advanced weaponry. They were hesitant, a race that was given such advanced technology usually wasn't ready for such a gift, and as a result, odd diplomatic situations could come forth. Still though, the Vinecrawler Tribe seemed friendly enough, and they were against the Invaders, which was a bonus.
"I don't know what we should do." Said Krix as he took off his helmet, sitting down on a rock with his forearms rested on his knees. He was a Drathian with blue skin, and shortly cut yellow hair that barely managed to meet his eyebrows. "From what I can tell, we won't get any orbital support anytime soon. I'm tempted to give them the knowledge, but still.." He looked to a small cartridge in his hand, flipping it over a few times. Inside was the data neccessary to produce factories and generators that would eventually become the basis of any post-modern society. "What should I do?"
Standing besides Krix was the leader of the second Drathian force that had been launched down, Commander Axua. She had yet to earn any last name, so for now, her men had merely called her by her first. She was similar to Krix in many ways. They both had blue skin, and hair of the same yellow colour. Their fighting styles both included staffs, and neither of them had much experience with space combat. It was as if the two were twins. Which they were. Captain Xikcha never deployed one of their platoons without the other, he knew that Krix and Axua worked best when in a pair. Especially when fighting back to back.
"I know your qualms about this, but you must remember, the traitor army will have no problem in taking advantage of the locals. That means more than just giving them weapons. Mutating them into their own kind, using them as slave labour. We must consider these things." She leaned over, taking the cartridge from Krix's hands. "These people are our allies, and we must make sure that they can defend ourselves. There are only so few of us, brother, we can not protect them for long." Striding over to one of the Sein'Hae in the camp, she Axua moved to place the data piece into his hand, along with a holocommunicator. "Bring this to your leaders." She said in a horribly choppy Vinecrawler dialect of Sein'Hae that she had picked up from around the camp.

The Sein'Hae given the devices was a Vinecrawler, who looked confusedly at the objects given to him for a moment before nodding, hastily dashing off after getting a Metalshell hunter to go with him. This was an important task for the two of them, as it was technology gifted to them by Star-Striders. Thankfully, as each tribe had sages dedicated to the study of Strider technology, they weren't completely in the dark about how to get some of this stuff working.
Another Vinecrawler approached the Drathians, performing the usual drop to one knee before speaking in German:
"Esteemed Star-Striders, we are honoured by your presence, and will stay by your side in this fight against your foes, and the treachery of the Bloodbeaks. We have sent scouts out to gather what other tribes we can to lend their aid, and a Metalshell has already gone to seek aid from his tribe, and the strange war machines that they possess."

Wow what? A girl lying in bed asking me to get on it? Rafael thought. In all his life, he has never met a girl who made a suggestive move to the bed... perhaps Rafael's thinking too much.
"Get in with you? Hmm sure why not?"
After a while, Rafael managed to get onto the bed, lying beside Ahuna too. Seeing her like that, she's just too adorable. However, Rafael decided to keep his thoughts to himself, and let Ahuna take the lead.

As Rafael climbed into her bed, Ahuna wrapped her arms around his chest and pulled him into an embrace. She gave him a gentle kiss on the cheek before testing her head against his shoulder and her hand on his chest. She didn't say anything, for she was too embarrassed to think of what to say. Instead she just kept their embrace going for a few moments, eventually shifting herself to straddle Rafael, leaning down to plant a lengthy kiss on his lips. From this position she had little interest in moving.

"Once you find the other Star-Striders, we can start harassing them, preparing for a big attack that should wipe them out.", Sigma said to the natives. The Invaders had already started to fortify the village. Barriers trenches, primitive bunkers done with they had at their disposal, machine gun outposts, outposts for the variety of guns that were usually called PAK's by the Colonial forces, and so on. Quickly put up, nothing exactly strong, but it was enough for now. Sigma wasn't planning to remain on this planet for too much after all. "As long as we can resist, all dead will rise up as one of us. Nothing can resist the influence of the High Ones. Everything will eventually crumble to the darkness. Especially that we have this with us..", Sigma said, smirking. With the help one of the turned beasts from earlier, now white, pale and dead like the other Invaders, the Invaders brought something in the center of the village. A large completely black structure, with white markings and lines on it, somewhere between a monolith and a cylindrical structure. The markings looked like.. some sort of a writing. It was one, letters and words lost long ago. But the structure was somehow.. alive. As soon as it was placed in the middle of the village, its white marking started to glow, and gently, some of the natives started to feel its influence. A High One had arrived, ready to plunge this planet into darkness.

Quite clearly, the artifact brought into the village was of great importance to the Invaders, and all at once the Bloodbeaks dropped to their knees in respect to the object. The bloodied hunter who had spoken to Sigma earlier stood back up, ordering many of his hunters to start hunting beasts to bring their corpses back: they were going to need more food and more fodder. Some Bloodbeaks started mounting guns and crude platforms onto a few zombified beasts, to use them as weapons platforms.
Entering the village, a scout came running up to Sigma and the Bloodbeak, bowing to them.
"Esteemed Huntmaster, the Plainstriders are rallying together for our cause. Their hunters will soon be arriving here to pay their respects to the Star-Striders."

"Strange war machines?" Asked Krix with a furled brow. He was interested to know just what kind of technology the Sein'Hae had. When the Drathians had to fend off the Keltakens, they had barely discovered metalworking and masonry. These people, though, seemed more advanced, and more cooperative, than the Drathians were all those years ago. With some help, they could certainly save their planet. "What kind of war machines are they?"
Meanwhile, around the camp, Drathians had begun distrubuting weapons to the Sein'Hae, giving them basic training and teaching them the core phrases of High Drathian that they'd find useful on the battlefield if they were to work with the 'Star-Striders'. Outside of the camp's perimeter, the construction of bunkers had began, both as a way to create better defensive positions while simultaniously serving as an early warning system should the Invaders begin another attack.

"Metal creations, similar to the Star-Striders, but incapable of reaching the stars. I'm afraid few outside their clan has seen these machines, for they are some of their most powerful weapons. One though has a gun that causes blasts in the ground itself, it's the only one that anyine has seen in action. Hopefully we will see more of them on our side soon."
A few Vinecrawlers were sent out to fetch support from other tribes. With Bloodbeaks running around also, the jungles became rife with small skirmishes and chases as scouts fought and intercepted one another.

"Who-whoa, Ahuna!" Rafael mumbled as the Sein'Hae planted kisses on his lips. He sure wasn't expecting this, no. Not in his injured state for one, and neither could he believe that the normally shy and subdued girl was behaving so aggressively. He almost wanted to return the favour in style, to just pull Ahuna in and go all the way. But he knew that it might turn out to be a mistake, that their budding relationship might take a turn for the worse if things weren't done right.
"Ahuna." Rafael muttered, slowly disengaging her lips from his. She was light, and Rafael could handle her being on him if she actually wanted to, but nothing more, at least for now. "Ahuna, not yet... this is too soon. We humans... take things slower..."
Before Ahuna could respond, Rafael pulled her in, so that her cheeks were touching his as Rafael patted her head and back. "You don't have to force yourself, I'm always here, alright?"

"A-ah... Force myself..? This is how... Sein'Hae relationships go... Short, much like our lives."
She willingly stops though, simply resting atop him instead in an embrace. The spark of confidence had died out, and she was back to her usual self in no time. She herself was unsure about what came over her.
"I can... take it slower.. for you..... Rafael had nice lips."

As the Eldari arrived in the village, most of them struck up conversations withe the natives, asking questions, and such. Meanwhile the commander went along with two Zealots to the hut of the chief, and addressed him/her, telling the chief that they are peaceful, and were only drawn by curiosuity.
In the space above Endovul II, a single Purifier platform warped in, looking for solarite, a very precious fuel resource. But apparently, no space fleet is present currently except for the Eldari flotilla that was orginally looking for solarite in Endovul I.
The platform moved towards Endovul II, and started scanning for solarite deposits.

As the Eldari met wih the villagers, they'd likely come across the Jupiterrans in the same village. The chief met the commander with a friendly demeanor, welcoming additional Star-Striders to his village. The Skullhorns were enjoying relative peace, as they were a distance away from the battling Invaders and Drathians. Additionally, no messengers had reached them yet.

"This is how the Sein'Hae do things...?" Rafael muttered. "Yours... they're good too..." Rafael replied as he took a moment to look into Ahuna's eyes.
Perhaps, it might be for the best... These visions... Rafael thought. As a member of the Star Fleet, Rafael knew that such things were fast to lose.
"Very well then." Rafael said, with confidence. Flipping Ahuna over, that she was now lying on the bed, Rafael leaned down to her, breathing down her neck.
"I'm gonna do it... Ahuna, are you ready?"

"A-ah..." Now on the bottom, Ahuna was nervous. She hadn't done anything like this before, let alone with someone from off-world. She thought for few a moments, before nodding gingerly, reaching up to bring him into an embrace. "G-go for it... Rafael."
