Much like the race application thread, this thread has been made to house and document any non-spacefaring races that people wish to add to the universe. So post your non-spacefaring nations here. Additionally, nations with smaller populations whose population count is not likely to be subject to rapid change should also apply here. Accepted:Quadrons Ihanr'ii Remnants Galaraxian Unity Sein'Hae Assemblage The Xir War Horde The Wakuran Flotilla

Again, a wonderful idea. Though I believe that smaller nations, for example, the Quadrons, would also find themselves welcome in a thread like this, with some civilizations capable of travel but with populations so low that their presence can't change much.

Good plan. Small enough nations who aren't likely to have much political impact should be added here too.

Goals: To escape the Xir and rebuild their race.

Xir War Horde: -Make sure to check again their Galaxy info. -Though I understand the why for an 11. That would make them rather self destructive. -Though their population isn't absurd to the number of place they inhabit, I just read over their general habits. Don't forget about logistics and food sources. Wakuran Flotilla: -Make sure to check again their Galaxy info.
If you just make sure Galaxy info is corrected on your posts, you can consider yourself approved. ^_^

Galaxy issue being fixed, were an oversight on my part due to working on mobile devices.
As for the Xir, they're supposed to be self destructive. Cannibalism and fights amongst their ranks are common, and they really only exist to bring about the Wakura. As such, if anyone has any big scary weaons they want to test, the Xir are available for target practice.

^ This is a secondary faction which would 'merge' with my current one, yet some of it will remain independent until later.

^ This is a secondary faction which would 'merge' with my current one, yet some of it will remain independent until later. Though it was accept the individual planetary population does make me wonder how 700 billion people got to fit in so few celestial bodies. (Just something that has been on my mind, not a real issue.)

I was basing them on planets larger than Earth, to hold at least 30 billion per planet, 4 billion per moon, with the Star Fleet concept where 200 billion are based onboard huge Civilian Starbases, as well as the Star Fleet. Minimizing space is the main concept of squeezing as many people into a small space as possible, with people digging inwards and expanding upwards more than just quantitative structures.
