Kanzaki nodded, tapping in the necessary commands onto a screen open for all three to see. Commands flowed into place and a roster was created. The Fleet Order was now established.
"Stand by one another please. I'll be announcing your official status as the Star Admiral to the Star Fleet... Haruna, help the Star Admiral into a grey coat, if you please."
Moving to a cupboard, Haruna took out a uniform which looks exactly the same as Gaius', but this was grey in colour.
"When a member of a foreign force temporarily assumes the post of Star Admiral, this is what he wears." Haruna did not wait for Alexander to take his coat off, as she did everything meticulously. "You look good in that."
Centring a projector on them, Kanzaki adjusted the lens so that it captured the upper half of their bodies. As they stood side by side, Haruna's hand drifted to Alexander's, holding it shyly.
"Good day, members of the Jupiterran-Relikan Star Fleet. This is Fleet Admiral Kanzaki Silverheart speaking. As you should know, Star Admiral Gaius Silverheart was temporarily removed from his position several days ago. In light of recent events, the Star Fleet has been through a lot. Two battles with the now-known enemy called the Invaders, and a secret mission which involved one of our own."
The screen centred on Alexander.
"This was Great Admiral Alexander Werther of the Federated Colonies. He has shown great strength and valour in the face of his enemies. Previously, he was in a great battle, and has ended up with the Star Fleet when he fell back to save his crew. His performance in subsequent actions has not gone unnoticed. Gaius and I have decided to appoint him as Standing Star Admiral. Please, give him your strength."
Now centred on Haruna, Alexander could feel her grip tighten. It was a camera, reminiscent of her past lift. She was nervous.
"Beside Star Admiral Werther would be Vice-Admiral Shimazaki Haruna. There need to explanation about her. However, Shimazaki is here of her own accord, and has performed exceptionally well in her past tours in several ships. We have utmost confidence in her ability to serve alongside Star Admiral Werther. As always, please give her your strength. This is Fleet Admiral Kanzaki Silverheart. May fine winds always be with you."
Shutting the camera, Kanzaki gave a sigh of relief.
"Alright Star Admiral. It's time to begin your quest. Do you wish to travel with the two Colonial ships, or would you like to bring the Kongou with you?"
