Galaxy: Andromeda
Territory: Entirely underwater aside from a few volcanic mounds that are home only to drifts of sand and dead coral deposits, and a few ‘living’ islands made of carnivorous plants and vegetation adapted to thrive off of seawater. Under the sea lay an entirely different world, immense cities made in symbiosis with reefs and drifts, these ‘moving cities’ have adapted to the constant tremors of the fault lines, and are capable of uprooting in sections, entirely hydro and geothermally powered. The moon is entirely geothermally powered, with supplements of helium from the moon’s surface.
Number of Worlds: 1, Aquaria, with 1 colonized moon, Urn
Capital World: Aquaria

Additional Information
History: In a planet untouched by land dwelling races, sentience emerged in a race of cephalopods. Not accustomed to being social by nature, symbiosis was slow, but in turn, peaceful. The native race, the Lovecraftians, are octopi-like creatures. Males tend to look like Davy Jones from Pirates of The Caribbean, while females tend to look like a cross of Aayla Secura and Sharkboy. Relying on intelligence and cooperation to overcome the hostile wildlife, they are ferocious hunters, but would never think to harm another sentient creature.
Goals: As the race are built around the pursuit of knowledge and, having been accommodated to a lush world without a need of restriction, they advocate for governments on a case-by-case basis, with an emphasis on individual freedom and pursuits. They ultimately wish to construct an immense artificial planet, home to archives of knowledge and resources, which will be free for all to use.
