So the four Renegade crew proceeded to the bridge, where a man sat behind a consoled table, looking over the ancient star charts.
Tallahn said in a joking tone as she entered the room, "The hyperdrive has recharged, genius. Think you can get us back to Triangulum without getting lost again? Preferably the Kitlaakal System, where we get a lot of our supplies."
The pilot seemed to ignore Tallahn, instead focusing on the alien girl. He said in an approving tone, "Well, you'relooking pretty good, seeing how damaged your ship seemed on sensors. Welcome to the starship Renegade. I'm the pilot, Bill Tycks. Feel free to call me Bill." Tycks then added in a loud whisper while pointing at Tallahn, "And that one there doesn't appreciate anything the crew does. Dont work too hard."
Hearing this, Nyla suddenly said, "Knock it off, Tycks. We have to go back to Triangulum. I have to buy new equipment for the new crew member, and I have to buy proper star charts. Seeing what we exited into, I dont want to exit into a full scale battle. With luck, we'll have work soon."
Kate then said to Wirret, "I expect you're tired. There's a bunk downstairs, down from the cargo hold. It's very close to my med bay. The trip to Triangulum will take a few hours, and I expect you'll want to rest."
