"It's wonderful, Raf..." Ahuna spoke in a quiet voice, having been quiet throughout the entire tour as she took in the wealth of information presented to her. She started eating her steak, choosing to sit right by Rafael with it.
"I wish more of us were... Y'know.... to see it... Ah, I shouldn't constantly bring it up. They've gone to the Great Hunt in the afterlife now... As long as some of us can keep the Sein'Hae going, their sacrifice was not in vain.. Would it be okay for me to look through some of the terminals on the ship later" I enjoy reading..."

"Well, I'm unable to show you everything on board, but I'll can share a terminal with you, show you the basics of our ship, history and perhaps... Culture." Rafael replied, enjoying his own steak. "Here, try this." He said as he fed Ahuna a piece of beef steak dipped in black pepper sauce. Ahuna's was one with the standard mushroom sauces.
"Yes, I'm sure the Sein'Hae will continue to live on, to grow and sustain... At least we can hope that more Sein'Hae has escaped, and one day you all can gather together again, within the stars."
As they continued eating, a naughty though came to the Jupiterran. Looking at Ahuna, Rafael edged closer before tapping her shoulder and whispering into her ear. "I don't mind helping the Sein'Hae to live on, with the next generation of children." He said playfully with a seductive voice. "I wonder... Shall we see if our children grow up as humans, or Sein'Hae?"

Ahuna almost spat out her food in surprise at his sudden change of tone, a blush forming on her face. She looked away from him, trying to hide her intense blushing.
"A-Ah... Raf, you tease... Of course you're going to help, we're bondmates now after all....... Perhaps you'd like to... You know.... again... In honour of the Sein'Hae's survival as a race?"
She kept her face hidden in embarrassment from her own words, trying to hide a gentle smile as well.

A devilish grin appeared on Rafael face as Ahuna's words played right into his hands. Even if she turned away, Rafael brought an arm around her waist as he pulled her closer to him, that she was almost leaning into him. The cafeteria was mostly empty for now, and those present knew Rafael and his antics.
"What's this? Did Ahuna actually ask for another bonding session?" Rafael asked as he whispered into her ear, enjoying her little squirms as his fingers began to tickle the Sein'Hae. "I did not know that Ahuna was so... Naughty to ask Rafael for more bonding fun."
Ending his tease, Rafael turned himself as his other hand lifted Ahuna slightly, placing her on his lap. Due to their sizes, Ahuna seemed like a smaller girl as Rafael could afford to look slightly downwards to peer at her face, which by now was undoubtly red with embarrassment.

"N-Naughty..? You implied it first!" She gave Raf a gentle thump on the chest from the tickling, ending up lifted onto his lap facing him. She quickly turned her blushing face away, embarrassed by such behavior right in the middle of the cafeteria. "This... Probably isn't the most appropriate place for such behavior.. What if we're spotted by someone..?"

Laughing, Rafael gently let Ahuna slip off his lap, and as she finally turned to look at him, took a napkin to wipe off the traces of food which appeared by her lips and face during their playful encounter. Listening to Ahuna's anxious question, Rafael gently pulled her close, but left a space between them so they could converse normally.
"Then they will see Rafael and Ahuna together, and they will know that we are bondmates, that I love Ahuna, that I am yours." Smiling, Rafael realised that he was the one blushing slightly as he spoke those words, an honest outpouring of his feelings for the girl in front of him.
As was with the case of Shimazaki Haruna, Jupiterran Geniuses hardly get their love interests wrong.
"Alright, come on then, let's finish up the meal, and we'll see how the Chief is doing. After that, we'll have some time for you to read, or to spend it to... know each other better." Rafael ended with a wink.

She nodded quickly, turning back to her food to finish it off fairly quickly. Clearly, she was looking forward to something. It wasn't long before she was done and ready, waiting to go check on the other Sein'Hae again to make sure they were doing okay now.

"Chief!" Rafael called as he and Ahuna entered a recreation centre, with the Sein'Hae resting from their ordeal. Several heads turned when they saw Ahuna in her 'dress', with Rafael guiding her while holding her hand.
"Chief." Rafael said again as he approached the big man. Suddenly remembering that he was holding his niece's hand, Rafael quickly released it as he scratched the back of his head nervously.
"I... We. We are sorry that we could not save everyone, your tribe, most of them are on board, but the other Sein'Hae... You all were celebrating when the Star Striders arrived, but we have only brought death, destruction, sadness."
Getting down on a kneeling position, Rafael lowered his head in a Jupiterran way of sincere apology. "We apologise, for our weaknesses and our harm. I hope that you can forgive us."

The Chief, scarred pretty badly from the ordeal, looked down on Rafael, his arms folded. For a moment, he seemed angry, though all of a sudden he offered Rafael a beaming smile, picking Rafael up and placing him back on his feet. "Nonsense, Rafael. Utter nonsense. Without you there, none of us would have survived. Saddening as it may be that we have lost so many so quickly, but we must be thankful that you have given us a chance to keep going. And for that, I thank you on behalf of all those who could not make it, and all those to come after us, for giving us a chance to keep living."
He turned away to tend to his kin, for in the moment he had suddenly had an idea. He stopped briefly, looking back at Rafael. "And please, don't hide your bond with Ahuna. You've brought her happiness in a time of utter hopelessness, and I don't think anyone else could have done that."
And with that, he was gone.

Rafael gave a sigh of relief, and slightly nodded at the Chief's wise words. He disappeared soon, perhaps to interact with other marines assigned to take care of the Sein'Hae, and to recover from their losses. A shared time of grief, but Rafael had Ahuna to take care of. Some of the marines killed were his friends, especially the two in his fire team. Worst still, they could not recover the bodies.
Rafael then led Ahuna back to his room, where a Cybergenius Terminal was present. Steadily, he rested on the chair for a moment as he tried to come to terms with the events of the day. Reading Ahuna was one of his ways to relieve himself of stress, but some things aren't that easy to push out of his head.
"So Ahuna." Rafael said, drinking a cup of warm water. "What would you like to do next? We have several days to spend before reaching our destination."

Ahuna was a little focused on the terminal, subtly trying to find out anything she could about his anatomy; after all, she needed to know if crossbreeding was even possible.
"I have an idea of what we can do... And I think you've got the same idea in mind somewhere too..."
She looked over at him with a nervous smile and a slight blush.

Rafael gave a slight chuckle, before reaching over to the terminal. Guiding Ahuna's fingers, he helped her navigate over to the page she wanted to go to. It would seem that Jupiterran and Sein'Hae copulation was possible, with the offspring being of a mixed species. However, the offspring would retain the core species of the female, meaning the children of Rafael and Ahuna would be Sein'Hae.
As they read this, Rafael began to wrap his arms around Ahuna, as he breathed in the scent of her hair. It still smelled of berries.
"Seems like good news to me." Rafael whispered, as he lifted Ahuna once again, placing her on the bed.
"Why don't you try taking the lead now?" The Juoiterrsn asked, his voice full of seduction.

Ahuna grabbed Raf by the shirt to pull him down onto the bed with her, bringing their lips together in a passionate kiss. Eventually breaking the kiss, she placed her hands on his hips, stroking them gently.
"Well.. I've never been much of a leader, unlike you... though I'll give it a shot.."
With that she pushed him over and onto his back, rolling atop of him in the process. Her baggy shirt hung loosely off her, giving Rafael a clear view of her whole body, most noticeably her 'assets', down the neck of her shirt. She had a more confident look in her eyes, boosted by their privacy in Rafael's room and her desires to continue her lineage that had taken hold of her
"Hope your ready... We're... doing this like Sein'Hae..."
Ahuna begins a far rougher variant of their 'bonding' from the other night, one that Ahuna's body is adapted to be used to already though was likely to leave Rafael sore by the time they were done. The whole time, Ahuna kept in charge and on top, so Rafael didn't try anything.
1 Hour and 20 minutes Later
Ahuna lied in bed, spent after the rough hour and a third of lovemaking with Rafael. She clung to him tightly, regaining herself for a few moments before getting up to remove her clothes, dampened by sweat, and to find something to replace them with.

Rafael was exhausted. Ahuna's endurance really surprised him. He knew that the Sein'Hae were a physical race, but to think that Ahuna, who was a virgin not long before, would be so experienced and enthusiastic, simply overwhelmed him as time goes by. He thoroughly enjoyed the process, and was genuinely disappointed when Ahuna got off him. However, when she removed her clothes, the Jupiterran took the chance to pull her down to her side, before she could move.
"I like it when you're bare." Rafael said with a cheeky smile as he pulled Ahuna in close, that their bodies were touching. "Rest with me... I'd like to have you by my side..."
