Alexander slowly woke up from the short nap in which they had fallen after they had their.. fun, looking at Haruna. "Hey, beautiful.", the Colonial said, smiling, before he gave her a short kiss. " I know.. let's get up."
The two of them got out of bed, and enjoyed a quick meal, fully enjoying the room's facilities. Once they finished, they changed into their uniforms, helping each other a little. Alexander was once again wearing his dark blue Kriegsflotte uniform. Even if wearing the white uniform of the Star Fleet had been nice and all, he still felt more comfortable in the dark blue with red Colonial uniform. Finally, the two left the room, taking some of the boggles with them, for.. safekeeping. Well, it wasn't like anyone else was going to stay in that room too soon.
As they arrived at the docks, Haruna and Alexander immediately noticed the Prinz Eugen, the battlestar having just docked in. Having been completely repaired, the Prinz no longer showed any of the damage it had accumulated during its long battles, with everything, including its internal resistance structure, having been checked and repaired. Having been converted to a Type IV, the Prinz was now clearly more powerful.
There, at the docks, Haruna and Alexander were waited upon by some of the Prinz's old crew memebrs, happy to see their commanders. Without waiting anymore, they entered the ship, noticing that it seemed to be much more alive, well, after all, now it's crew was at full capacity, and the AI system had been reactivated.
As soon as they reached the Command Center, they noticed a certain blonde haired, twintailed girl, looking as if she had never been wounded. As soon as she heard them, Prinz turned around and looked at them with her green eyes.
"Herr Admiral!", Prinz said, happy, practically jumping on Alexander and hugging him. " Frau Vizeadmiral! I've missed you both!". The blonde haired girl, even if she was smiling, seemed to be on the verge of tears. "Oh, come on. We've missed you too Prinz.", Alexander said, smiling, as he patted the ship's human model in the head." I'm sorry for... leaving you like that when you were wounded. Can you.. forgive me?".
Prinz looked at Alexander for a few moments, before she hugged him again."Of course, Herr Admiral. It wasn't your fault..", she said, Alexander seeming to be relieved after hearing that. Prinz then made a step back, and smiled.
"Herr Großadmiral Alexander Werther, Frau Vizeadmiral Haruna Shimazaki, welcome back on board the Colonial Military Ship Prinz Eugen!"
"It's.. good to be back.", Alexander said, before he crew memebers in the command center started to cheer. "Th-thank you.", the black haired man said, a little surprised. Then, Alexander and Haruna took their old places back.
A couple of minutes later, they were joined by Großadmiral Luther, the members of the crew, Alexander included, saluting when he entered.
"On ease.", the old Admiral said. " We're going to wait for the Relikans officers before we start the briefing for this mission."

Haruna, back on board the Prinz Eugen and standing out in her white uniform, seemed mellowed and slightly nervous as she mostly kept quiet the whole time after Prinz greeted them. After all, it's being back onboard a foreign ship with ideals which are very different from the Star Fleet. While the Star Fleet does not fault one for being too strict and disciplined, things might be different on board a Colonial ship.
Several minutes after Alexander and Haruna took their places, Star Admiral Gaius Silverheart, as well as Fleet Admirals Kanzaki Silverheart and Gavin Naido entered. The three saluted the room, before taking their places.
Fleet Admiral Gavin Naido continued standing, as he gave a report.
"I regret to say that Star Admiral Sarah Voran is unable to join us. The Relikan Base at Jupiternii has come under attack by the True Invaders. She took off in her fighter to command the defences herself, as civilians are still being loaded onto their ships for a total evacuation to the Sol System."
With the main Relikan Star Fleet in Sol, this turn of events was slightly worrying. Worrying because of the reduced military presence in Andromeda, but only slightly as Sarah would soon be commanding the defences herself, leading from the front with a reserve Fleet which was deployed only in times of great emergency.

"Don't worry, we understand.", Great Admiral Luther said after Fleet Admiral Gavin seemed to give a report. "While the Colonies themselves are unable to intervene in the Andromeda without the permission of the Drathian Fylkirate and of the Keltaken Imperium, we will try to make contact with our local... resistance movements and fleets. Even if we are unable to intervene directly, that doesn't mean that we won't help our allies.". The old officer than made a short pause, noticing that everyone had arrived, before he started speaking about the mission.
"Alright, now, about the mission. As all of you know, because of the brave actions of Alexander Werther and Shimazaki Haruna, we have recovered a large part of what we call the Old Archive- the Archive records of the United Governments of Earth and later of the Human Colonial Alliance. Those records... they contain an amazing amount of information. From the old history of Earth, to the Great War.. our scientists are working on it right now, with the help of the AI you called the Archivist. The Relikan and Jupiterran scientists will of course, be invented to take part in the research too, and we will share our discoveries, but right now, a crucial information has been discovered.", the old Colonial started. "This isn't the entire Old Archive. It seems that before the Battle of Sol, the Human Archive was broken in two. One of those parts has remained undiscovered until now. The other one... it was seemingly discovered by Colonials and had remained one of the closest state guarded secrets of the Colonies, until they were lost, on Terra Nova. As you might now, Terra Nova was the capital of the Federated Colonies until the beginning of the Second Secession War. The Terrans broke the armistice without any warning, and jumped in the Nova Sol System. Taking advantage of treason, they sneaked in a virus in the Colonial Defense Network, closing it down. The rest... it was a slaughter. Nobody survived in the system. All planets were nuked, and Terra Nova was turned into a dead, radioactive hellhole. But the Colonial Archive is still there."
A holographic projector, showed the Nova Sol system as if it were there in real life, but smaller. "I'm not going to lie, this mission will be extremely dangerous. The system is filled with the unstable remains of the First Colonial Fleet. There was a Colonial expedition that left for Nova Terra 30 years ago, but we have lost all contact with it. Prinz Eugen and its battlegroup will jump into Terra Nova's orbit, where it should be the safest, it should avoid the wrecks and the automated defenses. From there, they'll have to land on Terra Nova. Under normal circumstances, it would be impossible, a few seconds of exposure would be enough to irradiate and kill a normal human, but they have a demon and an angel sword, so they should be okay. From there, they should try to follow the steps of the expedition, and find the Colonial Archive."
The Great Admiral then looked at Alexander and Haruna. "This mission can't be allowed to fail... if we are right, it could contain information about anti-Invader weapons... and we could really use anything to help us fight them. Opinions?"

"Hmm, indeed. The Jupiterran Government has been strict about the information coming to us in recent decades... Our ships are shielded from radiation, so I can assign a small fleet to provide cover for the main expedition." Gaius said as he examined the map. "Also, this would be extremely useful to our combined efforts to defeat the Invaders." Looking at the two, Gaius motioned for Haruna's opinion.
The Jupiterran stood up, but in her hurry she might have strained herself as she gave a slight wince from the ache, a look not lost by Gaius, where a smile appeared by the corner of his lip.
"I will be willing to take the risk. It's not fair for everyone if I'm able to undertake this mission which could bring great benefit to us against the Invaders." Haruna said with conviction in her voice. "I accept this mission, if Great Admiral Alexander would."

"This mission might be dangerous... but after all, all the missions we were in until now were dangerous. If this mission will help our fight against the Invaders... I'm willing to accept it.", Alexander said after a few moments of thinking. Even if he didn't let it show, he noticed the slight wince Haruna made, but he couldn't say anything about it right now. He had to act like a proper officer. He was going to ask her about it later though.
"Good. Good.", the old Admiral said, seemingly liking the fact that the two had accepted the mission. "Then, the Colonial Military Ship Prinz Eugen and its battlegroup shall leave for Terra Nova immediately. I don't want to hurry anyone, but the earlier they leave, the earlier they can return. If you want to.. say some parting words, this would be the time. I'll leave you around. Good luck, Great Admiral Werther and Vice Admiral Shimazaki."
With that, the old officer saluted, Alexander responding, before he left, leaving Haruna, Alexander, Gaius, Kanzaki and Gavin alone.

Gavin rose, nodding to the other officers.
"I'll be going, I have to keep up with Sarah's reports." Kanzaki stood to follow. "As per your orders Gaius, I'll be preparing the Yui for Andromeda."
Their words were short and to the point. During peace or war, the Star Fleet always aimed for precision in both weaponry and timekeeping.
Except one.
Gaius immediately went over to Haruna, as she tried to stand, but wincing as her groin ached. Perhaps she should not have gone for a second round of fun with Alexander...
"Hey, Alexander... she's... you must have done a damn good job pleasing her..." Gaius chuckled as he helped her up. "There there, you probably will hurt for a day or two at most... Don't worry, I think you'll be fine when it's time to go for the mission."
Turning to Alexander, the Star Admiral continued. "I'll be assigning two destroyers, the Yukikaze and the Hamakaze for your escort. They're good artillery ships, and I'm sure you'll know when to use them. They are Miyuki-equipped, the big guns you saw on the Yui. If there're anyone trying to stop you, just knock them out!"
Helping Haruna to the door, where she could start to walk as usual, Gaius saluted the two of them.
"Back to the Replicator, I must. My Constructor is a dwarf compared to this. Hope to see you two soon, keep in touch."
Haruna turned to Alexander with a shy smile. "S-sorry, it... it was nothing... I'll be alright!"

As Haruna winced again, Alexander tired to help her, but Gaius got there first. After the short talk with him, the Colonial turned around and looked at Haruna, looking pretty worried, even if the golden eyed girl tried to assure him that she was alright. "Are you sure that you're alright?", the black haired man said, while trying to help Haruna. "Maybe you should rest a little. We won't leave right now anyway.". Behind Alexander, Prinz also seemed a little worried, even if she probably wasn't exactly understanding what was the reason behind Haruna's pain...
"Come on, I'll take care of the preparations for the mission. Rest a little.", Alexander said as he started to help Haruna to her room. "Don't worry, I can handle the preparations on my own."

Haruna just gave Alexander a smile as they continued to walk. "Maybe it's because you gave me too much pleasure..." Smiling, Haruna could not believe that she could still joke at this point of time, although she'd like to assuage Alexander of his fears. "It's just well..." Her face turned red as Alexander brought her into her room, gently laying her down on the bed. Prinz was looking worried, but Haruna gave her a smile reaching out to take her hand.
"I'm alright, Prinz." She said, cupping the ship model's hand. "I'm so glad to see you."
Turning to Alexander, Haruna took out her hairband from her pocket, and pointed to a small socket next to her bed.
"You can continue with the preparations, I'll be sensing everything from here. Don't worry, I just need to lie down. See you in a bit!"

Even if Prinz didn't exactly seem to be convinced by how Haruna was trying to ensure her that she was right, the blonde twintailed girl smiled. "Alright, Frau Vizeadmiral. Rest well!". Alexandr on the other hand, seemed to be even less convinced than the ship model. Even if Haruna was smiling and had been trying to reassure him that she was alright, he wasn't completely buying that, since it was clear that she was a little in pain. Even so, the Colonial choose to push away his worries for now, and trust her with this.
"Okay...", Alexander said, sighing. "But.. be careful, and rest a little. I'll take care of the preparation. See you later." Saying that, the black haired man turned around, and left, and Prinz, after looking one more time at Haruna, followed him. They had to finish the preparations for the mission on their own, but after all, it was the exact same thing they had been doing before Haruna joined the crew of the Prinz Eugen. Even if there was some bureaucratic stuff to handle, and a battlegroup to manage, they were going to do it.
And after that, the Prinz Eugen was going to live for what was perhaps one of the best known legends of the galaxy. A planet that had tried to reach and surpass Earth's glory. A planet that had carried the galaxy's hopes for freedom and unification, before it was cowardly attacked and destroyed. Terra Nova. The New Earth.
