Colonial and Jupiterran forces have gathered near the Sol System in order to finally fight the Terrans and their allies in what will probably be one of the biggest and bloodiest battles in the recent history of mankind. This is a direct continuation of this thread

Set Condition One throughout the Fleet. Operation start.
"Vorwärts!"
Firstly, the fighters jumped in the Kuiper Belt, engaging the enemy defenses there. The separatists were clearly not expecting an attack on the Sol System before an attack on Alpha Centauri, and even if they managed to mobilize their fleets in the system, their defenses were still fairly chaotic for now. The Belt was filled with small objects like asteroids, dwarf planets, and comets, so while it was a perfect place for fighters, it wasn't exactly a good place for the larger ships. The separatists had filled the belt with space mines, but the cybernetic attack of the Colonial AI's managed to deactivate most of them, and after all, the pilots were fairly good at evasive maneuvers. Attacking quickly and then jumping away, the fighters managed to clear parts of the belt, forcing the enemies in defensive before the battle had really started. The Wyverns and the Typhoons, supported by drones, really managed to do a good job. The allied forces did have some losses, but it was well in the limit of acceptability. The sacrifice of those fighters also allowed the larger ships to enter the next phase of the operation without any losses.
Then, with the help of the AI's and of the geniuses like Haruna, the allied ships jumped/warp traveled near Pluto, meeting the first wave of Terran forces that were still desperately trying to enter a defensive formation. The allied forces opted for a more offensive formation, with the heavier and more resistant Colonial battlestars in the front and on the flanks and with the Star Fleet behind them. Led by the Bismarck and the Tirptiz, the allied fleets met the first Terran attack without any big problems, and started to advance, firing at full power, synchronizing their attacks, and using their fighters for support. It probably was a heavy job for the AI's, the controllers, and the cybergeniuses, but it worked, against a still partially unorganized Terran fleet. The battlestars really packed a punch, closing in and starting to break the enemy front, supported from behind by the Star Fleet with their precise strikes. The battlestarts in general might have not been as an advanced concept as other ship, but there was one thing scary about them. A close formation of battlestars advancing together... it was a wall in which many enemy attacks had been broken.
The enemy started to counterattack, but the Klein Fields and the shields of the Jupiterran ships resisted. The synchronized defenses of most of the allied ships managed to resist, the allied ships already started to have losses. It was expected though. The fleets were still fairly alright. Like a spear, the allies broke through the first wave of the Terran ships, destroying most of them, while the others retreated. But what was the worst only now began. With the Terrans reorganizing and preparing their main fleets near Mars, the allied fleets were now engaging the Jupiterran Noble Fleet near Neptune and Uranus. The harsh battle began only now.

Jupiterran Noble Fleet Invictor-Class Flagship, Edo.
The Sol fleet broke quickly, the unstoppable force of the Colonial Battlestars cracking the center of the smaller Sol ships. Well, it's time for the Third Iteration of the Star Fleet to make it's appearance. The Jupiterran Noble Fleet. Staring down at the traitors, the JNSF warships began to open fire. Instead of Laser Cannons, their guns utilized Plasma canisters, which fired Molten Plasma at the Colonial Battlestar formation. As they pass through space, the molten projectiles enter superfreeze as they converted into a solid state, striking with both kinetic energy, and exploding with the same effect as lasers. A two-attack shell, their main purpose was to overload the Klein Fields of the Colonial ships, as well as break the combined shielding and flak fields of the Jupiterran-Relikan Star Fleet.
"Enemy ships returning fire. Corvette Sector Alpha falling back."
News was never good. Although Jupiterra has pledged their Star Fleet to aid Sol, Sol Commanders remained in charge, and their strategic miscalculations had cost their fleets badly. The JRSF retained most of the Geniuses, people who could anticipate, react, and retaliate much faster than the normal Jupiterran, who could do all those better than the normal Terran.
Shaking her head, Noble Admiral Kashima Kongou stood up, pointing to the front of the Edo.
"Noble Fleet, forward!" She called in a confident voice. "Buy time for the Sol Fleet to regroup! Launch Hurricane Fighters, Z.U.R.O.K.I unleash! Plasma Cannons, Rotary Fire!"
The next few salvos from the Noble Fleet shattered the flanking JRSF frigates and corvettes, as the Flak Defences proved ineffective against the second stage of the Plasma Canisters. As they clashed, the exchange of fire between the Jupiterrans only increased. Kin fought against Kin, parents fought against their children, spouses killed each other, a true Kinslaying. However, their resolve was not broken. The Jupiterrans killed and died with honour and pride, living for their ideals, and leaving in the best possible way for a soldier who gave their lives for their Fleets.
On board the Kongou, Haruna powered the battlecruiser with near perfect control. Her mental barriers were removed, and the ship seemed like a toy compared to the test she was put through.
"We're breaking through. Doing good! Picket ships encountered heavy resistance, but are countering. Colonial ships making good progress. We have advanced through the first line of Sectors." A Plasma Canister struck the Kongou, the Sundance lasers unable to stop the burst of energy from the canister even as they melted the container. "Damage negligible. Their Plasmas have finally been put to use, but we are prepared."
For a moment, there was a pause in the light show between the two lines, before small objects began to close in on the Allied Fleet.
"Zuroki!" Haruna screamed. "Sundance, flak, everything!" The entire Command Center was on the move, each sensor tracking the missiles coming for them. It was a matter of seconds before they would strike the Allied Fleet, and every Jupiterran has seen the power of the kinetic particles. Each one acting like how a bullet would, except that it pierces a human body with little loss of power, running alongside a solid surface or bouncing off a vacuum, shooting back into the ship. When enough energy was lost, it would ricochet off solid surfaces, but continue to rip soft materials to shreds.
"Tracking... ninety two headed for the Kongou..." Alexander could see the array of missiles, tens of thousands, coming for the Allied Fleet. A thousand kilometers away, the lasers and countermeasures opened up on them, but the missiles began to dodge precision aiming with precision dodging, shifting milometers at a time to compensate for distance and angles.
As the missiles closed in, accuracy of the Fleet's defences increased. Even as another salvo of Plasma ordinance struck the shields of the JRSF, Haruna, ever reliant, continued to control the strategic defences with her mind, as the crew of individual ships manned their final defensive countermeasures.
Fifty thousand... Forty thousand... the number of Zurokis were dropping steadily, at increasing frequency. They will make it, most of the missiles would be destroyed, and hopefully the number of lucky hits on critical structures could be reduced. A single Zuroki hitting the Kongou's command center, or any ship's command center, would still result in a clear-out, kinetic particles bursting out from the point of impact like a shotgun.
Twenty thousand...
The final countermeasures opened up, autocannons and SUNDANCE blinding the visual screens of the Command Center as the crossfire slashed into the missile wave, eliminating thousands in the first volley. Haruna's uniform was wet with perspiration as her hands trembled from exertion, but they were winning. Less than ten thousand missiles remained, and the Kongou was no longer targeted.
Until it happened. Too quickly. No one could react, only Alexander's modified senses allowed him to even catch a glimpse of the horror of what happened next.
A blue figure, floating with tendrils flowing from it's extremities, appeared behind Haruna. It's body shining with artificial light, the gelatinous figure swept it's arms forward, wrapping themselves around the Jupiterran before strands or tentacles shot into Haruna's ears, nose, eyes and mouth, the openings present in her head, and the creature seemed to be sucked into her.
Time slowed for a moment as Haruna's brain shut down, her face a mask of pain and horror as a scream died in her throat, and the Vice Commander of the Jupiterran Relikan Star Fleet slipped from her terminal, sliding off the chair and collapsed onto the floor, only the whites of her eyes staring back at Alexander, her body jerking and her limps spasming. In that moment, Zuroki missiles slammed into the Allied Fleet, ripping crewmen into shreds, destroying minor systems and rupturing fuel stores. A Jupiterran destroyer immediately shattered as it's core exploded, while another cruiser remained stalled in space, only a dozen crew surviving among it's complement of ten thousand.
Even if Alexander wanted to help Haruna, his subconsciousness was suddenly sucked into his Terminal, as the Kongou's controls became available to his command. Suddenly, even without Haruna, Alexander was able to control the ship, control the battle. It was then that Haruna's words came back into his mind, with a little modification.
"Alexander, don't lose focus. Don't lose it! Help... Save the Kongou, save Gaius, save Jupiterra!"

Unable to react in time, Alexander barely managed to see how a strange.. blue thing seemingly attacked Haruna, and then collapsed on the floor, as something was happening to her. Alexander's first instinct was obviously to help her, but suddenly, the Colonial was sucked in the Terminal, not being in control of the Kongou. The attacks of the Jupiterran Noble Fleet had managed to deal some damage to the allied forces, but they still had their momentum. The battle was clearly not lost. That's when Alexander had to do one of the most difficult decisions of his life. Help Haruna, or control the Kongou and continue the battle? Save Haruna, or save the fleets and hopes of the Colonies and of Jupiterra.
For a moment, as Haruna's words came back into his mind, Alexander simply stopped. Why did he had to do this. He knew, that probably the right thing to do was to continue the battle, and check on Haruna later. He was a Star Admiral right now after all. The commander of this fleet group, and the leader of the allied forces in this invasion operation. The fates of Operation Crimson Arrow and of the Third Secession War were resting on his shoulders. As an officer, he simply couldn't chose the life of one person over the lives of so many. This was they had always taught them at the military academy. This was why the Colonies were so set up against allowing relationships between their soldiers. Feelings could put them into such situations. But even so, Haruna... she was.. for her... she was ready to...
Then, something suddenly seemed to appear in his mind, and the black eyed Colonial heard a voice. "Oh my, you would be so lost without me, wouldn't you? Luckily for you, we have to share both mind and soul, so I know how to use this. Go and take care of your girlfriend over there, and I'll take care of the things here. But still, hurry you moron. My strategy knowledge is a few centuries old. I won't be able to hold this out for too long."
Alexander immediately accepted, rushing to Haruna's side. Meanwhile, in his subconsciousness, Mosrael took control, using it in order to give orders to the allied forces. This wasn't going to last for long though.
Even if the attacks of the Noble Fleet provoked some damage, the allied forces were still advancing. The forces reorganized quickly, with the Star Fleet's ships taking more cover behind the much more resistant Colonial battlestars. Despite the strong attacks, most of the Klein Fields of the battlestars resisted for now, allowing most of them to escape relatively unharmed. On the other hand, for the other types of Colonial ships... the report was rather grim. With the two gigantic BT Klasse Battlestars in the front, the allied forces advanced, continuing to take advantage of their momentum. With their powerful offensive capabilities, the battlestars opened fire, kinetic projectiles, energetic projectiles and lasers targeting the Noble Fleet's ships, supported by missiles, torpedoes, and fighter squadrons. The intent of the allied forces was rather clear, breaking through the enemy lines. A small group of battlestars performed a quick tactical jump, jumping behind the Noble Fleet and attacking them from behind. The Colonials were using the same tactic they had used in the Intergalactic Wars against the Keltakens. Anticipating that the Jupiterrans probably also had something more on their sleeves, the battlestars started to prepare their Opilum missiles and warheads. It was clear that the Colonials weren't going to refrain from using weapons of mass destruction.
Back on the command center of the Kongou, Alexander, having rushed to Haruna's side, took her by the shoulders, and shook her, trying to calm her down. "Hey, Haruna, what's wrong?!", the young Colonial said, rather desperately.
It seemed that the battle was rather equal now. At least at the beginning of the Colonies, there was a tradition in the Colonial Armed Forces. It was said that always, during battles, the gods threw a coin at its momentum, deciding who was going to win. Most likely, the coin was going to be thrown very, very soon.

Haruna was shaking uncontrollably, her subconsciousness crashing as the Flayer entered her brain, intending to take over her body, and after twenty four hours, die off. The secret weapon of the Jupiterran Government, these creatures had to stay in stasis for almost the whole of their lives. Exposed to the elements, they would die within 24 hours. The mental battle in Haruna's brain would last a maximum of 60 minutes; if she wins within the time limit or holds off the possession, the creature dies. Otherwise, Shimazaki Haruna will fail to exist.
"Ah-... A-..." Sound was coming out from her mouth, as her hands immediately reached up to grip her head, her face turning into a mask of anguish. Inside, unseen hands were gripping her skull, applying such pressure that they might crack any moment. As Alexander touched her shoulders, he could feel the pull of the Flayer as it detected another Genius. Not as rich and tasty as it's initial target, but what's the harm of having two? With a mental tug, the creature sucked Alexander's consciousness in.
Alexander was falling, falling, falling until he landed in a pool of crystal clear water, within a huge cavern. He could hear sounds of fighting nearby, as Haruna, wielding Azarael, tried to fend off the tentacled monster as it wrapped it's appendages around the Jupiterran. Alexander could see that Haruna was losing, as a tentacle wrapped itself around her neck, the girl slashing at it but exposing herself to another attack which has a luminescent tentacle wrapping itself around her waist, tightening itself as it aimed to crush Haruna. Another slash, and the organ fell apart, but Haruna was wounded, and badly so. Her face was covered with blood, blood which flowed from her eyes, ears, nose and mouth, the points where the creature entered her through.
Your brain is mine, little girl. Such a pure and rich brain, surely I can spend my remaining hours without regret. Alexander could sense it's words as the telepathic signal echoed within Haruna's mind. Suddenly, the creature burst into a mass of tentacles as they eventually overwhelmed Haruna, pinning her onto the wall as the Ancient Sword fell into the pool. Haruna's screams were cut off as the creature slammed itself onto her torso, reaching up and cutting off her voice by engulfing her face with it's blue substance. Haruna's hands flailed, but she could not breathe, finally falling onto her bottom as she began to suffocate from the Flayer's attack...

Alexander was just trying to help Haruna, before his consciousness was suddenly sucked in. Suddenly, he was falling, and he fell, until he fell into a pool of water. The sounds of fighting were being heard.
Alexander stood up, realizing that he was in a huge cavern. Haruna was fighting a strange tentacle monster, with Azarael in her hands. She was losing, and she was bleeding. The creature wanted her brain and it was powerful enough to get it.
Eventually, the creature overwhelmed Haruna, the tentacles pinning her against the wall, engulfing her and cutting off her screams while wrapping around her face, suffocating her. The Ancient Sword fell in the pool.
Seeing that, Alexander quickly materialized his sword. "Take my blood!", the young Colonial shouted without thinking, as the black with red sword appeared in his right hand, and its dark red vines wrapped around his hand and arm, piercing deeply and sucking out blood. Alexander ignored the pain, as he started to run towards the creature and Haruna. Haruna... he wasn't going to let that bastard do her any harm. He had to save her, and he was going to save her.
As he rushed forward, Mosrael's sword was engulfed in dark red flames, and the demon started to take control. Not thinking about the danger, he stopped near the creature, and slashed his flaming sword, attacking the creature and trying to force it down from Haruna, without hitting the girl." Get down from her you bastard!", Alexander shouted as he practically cut the monster in two.

The Flayer screamed as the Ancient Sword cut into it's essence, it's frail structure immediately dying as the legendary weapon resisted the psychic backlash. Slowly, it's form began to flow out of Haruna, blue substance leaking from her eyes, ears, nostrils and mouth. Haruna was breathing lightly, as if she was asleep, before she slowly opened her eyes. She could see Alexander standing in front of her, breathing heavily. A closer look could see that his eyes were slightly changing. It would seem that Alexander's desperation has caused Mosrael to get a toehold, but Haruna has noticed it.
Getting to her feet, Haruna stumbled as she walked to Alexander. His eyes were still staring forward, and as Haruna tried to pull herself up, her coat, caught in the flames from Mosrael's slash, fell from her, exposing her neck. A prime target should a demon need a blood tribute.
"Ale-Alexander." Haruna breathed. "Come... Come back... Come back so we can return. Come on..."

Once again, the bloodthirsty curse took control of him, just as Mosrael was possessing him. While a demon was possessing a human, the demon and the human were sharing both mind and soul, so the unlucky demon sword users were also sometimes feeling that curse.
With his eyes red, Alexander put the blade of his sword in the golden eyed girl's defenseless neck, after the flames had disappeared. He lightly pushed it, making a small cut, and blood started to flow out, being seemingly absorbed by the dark red blade. Then suddenly, the possessed Alexander seemed to realize what was happening, and stopped, throwing his sword away. The thorny vines disappeared.
"What.. what..", the young Colonial said, before he came back to his senses and realized what was happening. "Haruna, are you okay? What happened?", Alexander asked a little desperately, seeing the state she was in and the small cut on her neck.

Haruna held on to Alexander's face. "I'm alright. Thanks to you, I'm okay. You saved me, Alexander. You saved my life." A moment of silence, before Alexander felt himself falling, that same sensation, until he ended back in the Kongou's Command Center, lying on top of Haruna. Thankfully, his hands were no longer on her chest, but rather on the cold metal floor.
Haruna's eyes opened, darting around as she began to take in her surroundings. Suddenly, she was sucked back into her terminal, or rather, she rushed back in, despite her being on the floor. Her gloves were still worn, her headset still present.
"Alexander...? Some... Space please." Haruna whispered shyly.

Suddenly waking back up in the command center, Alexander realized that he was lying on top of Haruna. The Colonial remained like that for a moment, before he suddenly stood back up. "S-sorry.", he said, helping the golden eyed girl back up. Alexander really seemed to be relieved that Haruna was okay. After a short moment of silence, the Colonial started to speak. " I'm.. glad that you're alright.", he started to say, before he was suddenly interrupted by an explosion that lightly shook the Kongou.
"Acting like girlfriend and boyfriend may be nice and all.", a certain angry red haired demon said from behind them, " But don't you think that you are forgetting something? A huge battle that's currently going on, perhaps?"

Mosrael may or may not have known, but while Haruna was consciously speaking with Alexander, her subconsciousness has already reached out to the Star Fleet. Unfortunately, most of the Geniuses in the Fleet has been incapacitated, their empty eyes open blankly. In that wave of Flayers, the JRSF in Sol lost about 60% of all their Geniuses.
"N-no." Haruna stammered. "It-it's alright."
Turning back to her terminal, Haruna reported the update to Alexander. Now, the two fleets engaged in conventional warfare, but the Sol Fleet was gathering behind the Noble Fleet for another charge. Even the Colonial Starbases were starting to take severe damage as a few Typhoon-launched Shatterer warheads found their mark. One such warhead smashed into a JRSF cruiser, cracking the large ship evenly into two, leaving few survivors. Even as the large ships continued on, another wave of Zuroki missiles were launched. This time, there were fewer targets, and more missiles. Nearly 80,000 streaked towards the Allied Fleet, with even Haruna unable to gather enough firepower to take them down. For the ships that Jumped behind the Noble Fleet, the special design of the Jupiterran ships came into play. Turrets rotated on the spot as the full firepower of the ships were brought to bear at the rear. With the modular turrets, a Jupiterran ship need not turn at all, a characteristic shared among all the Star Fleets.
The missiles came on, and Haruna's knee buckled as blood began to flow from her nose. After the first Zuroki attack, 10% of the JRSF was disabled, as well as a number of Colonial ships. Then the Flayers came, and the momentary loss of coordination was crippling to the Star Fleet.
Suddenly, bright light filled the space between the two fleets. Thick, bright light, which shone the seven colours of the rainbow, engulfed the Zuroki Missiles. Turning to the source, everyone could see nearly ten thousand starships, including nearly twenty huge specks.
The Relikan Star Fleet has arrived.
Star Admiral Sarah Voran appeared on the communications screen of the Kongou. "You have done your job. Now rest, and let us clear the fleet."
As she said that, another streak of rainbow-coloured lasers smashed into the flank of the Sol ships, lancing through their shields and armour, impaling several ships per sustained shot...
"Tell Sol to fall back. We will cover them." Kashima Kongou called. The Noble Fleet was ready to launch their counter-offensive with the second wave of Zuroki, when the Relikan Fleet arrived. A decisive factor, the Noble Fleet immediately moved to cover the Sol Fleet, suffering catastrophic damage in the process. Even as the cowardly Sol Commanders fell back, Kongou stood firm, her juggernaut taking damage as it shielded the Noble Fleet, intending to stay as long as possible.
Somehow, she realised that they had lost. If the counterattack was successful, they stood a chance. But now... they will all be annihilated. Jupiterra will suffer again, just like it happened, 500 years ago.
"Sol ships have retreated to Terra. We are the only thing left between Jupiter and the Colonials." The Navigations officer reported. Nodding, Kongou drew her sword, placing the blade on her shoulder, it's sharp edge touching the side of her neck.
"JRSF Fleet, this is Noble Admiral Kashima Kongou. We request a ceasefire. The Jupiterran Noble Fleet will surrender to the Federated Colonies, the Jupiterran-Relikan Star Fleet, and the Relikan Star Fleet."
It was a stain on her honour, but enough was enough. If they had lost, if Sol has brought this upon themselves, then they will pay the price. They might be jailed, excecuted, but at least, a male and female of the Noble Fleet might survive, and that could mean five more babies for Jupiterra.
"I repeat, we surrender."

Alexander was truly relieved to see the Relikans. After the second ZUROKI wave, the Colonial had already started to reorganize the allied forces in his mind. The Star Fleet had received crippling damage, and despite its strength, even the Kriegsflotte had lost about 16% of its ships. Now, with the arrival of the Relikans, one could say that the battle was over. The Jupiterrans were surrendering. Pluto, Uranus, Neptune and Saturn were all in allied hands. The rest of the Sol forces had retreated to Mars and Earth, probably tried to make a last desperate resistance, all while the High Lords of Terra were going to try to negotiate peace from their Congress in Geneva very soon. Even so, the battle could be considered over. For the first time in a millennium, enemy forces had pushed and conquered the Sol System. The system was now almost entirely in Colonial and allied hands. Victory, at least. Letting the Bismarck, the Tirpitz, and the rest of the Colonial forces to advance towards Earth, Alexander checked on Haruna, who had obviously wounded herself in this battle. Blood was flowing from her nose, her knee seemed too have sustained some damage, but she seemed okay overall. "We did it. we did it, Haruna.", the Colonial said. As he called for the medics, Alexander received the message from the Noble Fleet, and comming back into his Star Admiral role, he answered. "To the Jupiterran Noble Fleet and Noble Admiral Kashima Kongou, this is Star Admiral Alexander Werther, speaking in the name of the Federated Colonies and their allies. If you put down your weapons and let us continue our advance towards Terra, we will accept your surrender, but you must understand that this unconditional. You will be treated in complete accordance with the Articles of Colonization and all galactic accords as prisoners of war, with all the rights coming with that. No Jupiterran shall be harmed unless he opposes resistance.". The black haired Colonial them stopped for a moment, noticing the way the enemy admiral was holding her blade on her neck. Even if she was an enemy, Alexander was certainly hoping to convince her from doing anything reckless. "Please put down that sword, Noble Admiral. In situations like these, surrendering is not dishonorable. It's just the wise thing to do. Surrender and put it down, for the people of Jupiterra."

Kongou looked at Alexander with steady eyes. The blade still rested on her neck as she raised her hand, the blade sinking into her flesh.
"We of Jupiterra... Surrender is not an option for those who spoke of it. I did not consult anyone, therefore only I need to pay the price." The camera zoomed out, as blood began to flow from the blade, down her white uniform. "We might be different from you earthlings as Jupiterrans, but we do retain the pride. Therefore I-"
Noble Admiral Kashima Kongou was cut off, when the JSRF Yui came into local space, and a pained looking Fleet Admiral Kanzaki appeared on screen.
"Stop this. Kongou, stop it. You know that killing yourself won't change anything. You do not need to live the shame of being away from your ship any longer." Kanzaki said in a stern voice. "The Kongou... surrender and live, and return to it. Return to the ship which the government has ripped from your hands. Return back to your ship with justice, sister."
Silence filled the space for a moment, as all Noble ships were powered down. Kongou remained defiant even as her sister appeared on the screen. Finally, Kongou removed the blade from her neck, although blood continued to flow from it. Tossing her sword to the side, she addressed the victors.
"There will be one condition." Kongou whispered. "None of these crew are to be treated beyond honourable prisoners of war, and all of them, including these ships, will be turned over to the JRSF alone. These are the words of Star Admiral Gaius Silverheart, who is in this ship, the JNSF Edo, right now."

Alexander was so angry when he saw the enemy admiral starting to cut her neck with her sword that he didn't even notice when she called him an earthling, word which was considered an insult by most Colonials, and especially by those from the far Outer Colonies like Alexander. But still, killing yourself only for that? For surrendering? Didn't she understand that surrendering right now was the right thing to do? And if it was the right thing to do, why would she kill herself? It seemed just.. such a stupid way to die. For pride.
As Fleet Admiral Kanzaki entered the communication and tried to convince the enemy admiral not to do it, the Colonial was surprised to hear out that the two were sisters, but didn't let his surprise to be shown. The Noble Admiral still seemed to hesitate... before she finally removed the blade and threw it to the side. Alexander sighed, relieved, and then remained quiet, listening to the condition the enemy admiral whispered.
"Under normal circumstances, the Parliament would have be all over my head for accepting the condition of a faction I was supposed to force into unconditional surrender. ", Alexander started."But I'm going to accept this. None of those crews shall be treated beyond honorable prisoners of war, and all of them, including their shields, will be turned over to the Juptierran Star Fleet, in accordance with their help in this war. The Federated Colonies have no intention to mess in the internal politics of the Jupiterrans more than needed. As long as you surrender and don't interfere in our business with Earth, you can consider this a done deal."

Kongou nodded, and relief could be seen on Kanzaki's face.
"Very well. The Jupiterran Noble Fleet, and all it's commands, hereby surrender to the Federated Colonies, and the Star Fleets of Gaius Silverheart, Alexander Werther and Sarah Voran..." Kongou was quiet for a moment, her face a mask of anguish. "Jupiterra... lies open, her government has fallen."
Kanzaki nodded, as the Yui took it's position in front of the Kongou. "Star Admiral, if you will." Kanzaki said, addressing Alexander. "The Yui will secure Gaius and Jupiterra, while the rest of the Allied Forces undergo tactical repairs. Jupiter's Orbital Shipyards can repair most of the damaged ships, including your largest Battlestar. I think it will be a good time to regroup."
Haruna fell back onto her chair, seemingly exhausted. The mental strain has caused a nosebleed, but she simply dabbed at it while keeping herself hydrated. The first battle was over, it seemed. The Noble Fleet began to fall out of formation, arranging themselves at rest, as the defenders come to term of a defeat and surrender.
"Battle complete. Sol Forces are regrouping at a final defence line. The surrender of the Noble Fleet prevented a projected forty percent loss of our combined strength." Haruna said.
Slowly, she released control of the ships, including the Kongou, before unbuttoning her jacket to allow the air conditioner to cool her down. Her body was again, drenched in sweat, such was the burden of surviving a Flayer, and controlling nearly the whole Star Fleet even for a short while.
"How long would you like to rest, Star Admiral? If you're going to let our ships resupply and repair, we could catch a break."
Sarah Voran's voice came through the terminal. "You guys got pretty beat up. Sorry, but we had to launch an assault on an Invader base en route to here. Go get some rest, we'll provide cover for the Allied Fleets, and advance only under your command."
