The Commanders began discussing amongst themselves this offer. They had only dabbled in advanced forms of space travel, and to be simply given it? Truly this alliance was worth going for. The Great General seemed to be in agreement with his commanders, though before a verdict could be made, Vron the Advisor spoke up, maintaining a steely gaze on Ragg as he kept up his odd smile.
"And what will you want from us? We're not at war with anyone, and I'm suspicious at your intentions. Free gifts because of a war on? It sounds like we're going to be quick to find ourselves on the front lines if we take this offer."
Shieharo quickly stepped in to shut down his argument.
"Enough, Vron. Regardless of their intentions, I'd rather take technology and some strong allies to protect than staying neutral with nothing. You know of our fleet issues, Vron, and this technology that we desperately need is riright in front of us. Turn this offer down and we're stuck poking our ships with sticks for another 400 years."
Next to speak was Erisa, the other advisor.
"He does make a good point, Vron. We'd be far better off with this technology, even if we're pulled into a war. Young Captain, please, we wish to offer our knowledge of Perexium, the lightweight metal you see all around you. It's proven to be an excellent material, and will serve you well in the future."

"Just like the Drathian Fylkirate, the Federated Colonies are also willing to propose an exchange of technology and a military and diplomatic alliance between the Colonies and the Trifexian Empire. As the Federated Colonies are currently the largest and the most powerful nation in the Milky Way, such an relation between our nations will grant the Trifexian Empire galactic recognition.", Kommodore Canaris said."As in accordance with the Articles of Colonization, the Federated Colonies will be willing to exchange technology and information with the Trifexian Empire, including main military and civilian technology, except from the technology that is considered secret by the Colonies. The Colonies will also be willing to propose trade accords, to introduce the Trifexian Empire to the galactic trade.". The green eyed Colonial then remained quiet for a few moments, before continuing. "While our Drathian friends over here seem optimistic, we, the Colonials, are also a little more realist. The Invaders may eventually reach these sectors too, it's not a matter of if, it's more of a matter of when. In that case, the Colonies will also try to protect the Trifexians, and give them the same possibility to be evacuated further in the galaxy."

Captain Ragg listened to the Colonial offer with a twinge of distaste. He held resentment for them, after they had failed to protect his planet and let it fall into Keltaken hands, Ragg was unsure whether the Colonials would be viable candidates for protecting the Trifexians. No matter what he thought, he still had a mission to accomplish.
"Your suggestion is very kind. I am positive that our scientists would rejoice at the opportunity to study this.. perexium?" He winced, unsure if he had mispronounced the word or not. "Regardless. I hope to soon be able to construct an embassy in the Trifexian capital, and have your people do likewise. After all, it is important to have friends in all galaxies." He cast a glare to the Colonial representative. "Not just the Milky Way."

Before Vron could cause any more problems, Nuveilla finally spoke up in a quiet, timid voice.
"We will gladly accept you both as allies at this time, and I will personally see to it that you both receive embassies in our finest city. As a further gift of peace, we will be sending you some of our best and brightest, as well as a number of our cybernetics and robotics if you wish for it, in order to further your military and civilian might. This my council is /not/ up for debate, and I will not be listening to any petty complaints you have."
and just like that, the council quietened, and they looked back to the envoys with a bow. Looks like, unless one of them had questions, the meeting was over.

Canaris quickly noticed the distaste of the Drathians, but the Colonial chose to remain quiet. This was just one of the many times he just simply couldn't understand the Drathians. The Colonials had did their best to protect them. In order to protect the Drathians, the Federated Colonies entered a war with their own allies, the Keltakens, a war in which the Colonies had payed a huge price. But still, that wasn't enough for many Drathians.
"In the name of the Colonies, I would like to thank you for your decision. I hope that this relation of peace and friendship between our nations will last.", the Colonial officer said, and saluted in the Colonial way, followed by the human model of the Admiral Graf Spee.

"Of course. You are free to leave to your own ships, though if you do we will ask for some patience as we would like for some of our kin to join you on your ships. You may do the same if you wish." Nuveilla focused her eyes on the Drathian captain, offering a slight smile. "That offer extends to you too."

"It was a pleasure to negotiate with you. We are going to await your kin that you want to join us on the Admiral Graf Spee. The Federated Colonies will be delighted to cooperate with Trifexians. I hope that will meet again.", the Colonial officer said, before he left for the Graf Spee.

During the negotiations, some of the Torchbearers had dropped off several Trifexians onto the Wrath, along with a number of currently deactivated robots and metal crates. The Trifexians were largely scientists, though a few technicians and soldiers were present too. The robots were mostly small flying repair and recon drones, though a hulking stone golem had also been included, armed with an autoloading flak gun and a large stone shield. The crates contained equipment and materials necessary for cybernetic augmentations, all of it ready to be loaded onto the Graf Spee by loading drones.

Finally arriving is rhe Void Ray where the Eldari delegation where. Apparently their arrival was delayed by technical problems. It requested permission to dock so that the delegation may enter.

The Void Ray is granted permission to dock, and upon doing so the delegation is escorted to the war room, where they would be greeted by the numerou commanders and officials.
"Ah, you've arrived at last. It is good that you could make it safely to our ship." Shie'Haro spoke first, offering the party a bow of respect, an action repeated by the rest of the council.

"It is an honor to us to negotiate with you. Now for the deliberations..."
The leader of the delegation took out a holo projector, and with it he showed the various weaponry that the Eldari use - Colossi, Immortals, Emergizers, and many others. As soon as the holograms finished, he then said, "Now, what do you say of our technology? And I hope to see yours as well soon."

The Council watched the holograms closely, musing over the Eldari's technology. They then displayed their own holograms on the centre of the War table, displaying drones, their kinetic rifles, polearms and cybernetically enhanced soldiers.
"I do hope you've more than guns to show us." Erisa spoke up with concern, wanting to see what the Eldari had to offer for the civilian hierarchy. Some of the Commanders also voiced their concerns too, for with no enemies they weren't all to prioritised with military science right now.
