(This RP takes place in the Veila system, where the Trifexians are based. People are welcome to show up in this rp with their own races if they wish. Feel free to message me about playing a crew member too if you wish)
-We open up with the 31st Torchbearer unit and its crew, currently making a 6-day voyage to a gas giant in the system named Oeilla. Their objective is to survey 6 of its 13 moons in order to determine if any of them are worth colonising. To do this, they have been given a salvo of unique missiles, designed to burrow deep into anything they impact and equipped with surveyor equipment to detect minerals and other anomalies underground. The ship is currently burning its way through space without incident, and as such morale is high and everyone on board is quite relaxed.

Drathian Military Base, Dratheim System The compound was busy with Drathian personnel rushing from department to department, carrying information from one commander to another. There was panic amongst them, an unknown alien fleet had been registered travelling the nearby Veila system. This would normally not be a concern for the men, but during a time of war such as this, cation and worry had flooded the minds of the higher ups. There was trouble, though, legally the Drathians could not dispatch an intercepting fleet unless given approval from the Federated Colonies, who held all territory surrounding the system. Likewise, they also needed permission from Fylkja Zlasa in Andromeda, who was currently preoccupied with a meeting with the Keltaken Empress.
Rather than waiting around for a transmission from the Colonies giving them a go ahead, a message was instead sent to the unknown fleet of ships. Should they lack a response, or rather, recieve some sort of cyber attack, the Drathians would know for sure that this was an Abyssal fleet. The message was sent in holographic form, showing a flickering blue figure of a Drathian commander on staff at the base. However, it was perfectly able to be recieved by audio as well, leaving the method of viewing up to the discretion of the recipients.

(The unknown 'fleet' consists of only one Torchbearer ship, as sending any additional ships would be a waste of resources.)
The transmission is received by the 31st and its captain, Fuiall, through audio only. Depending on what language the transmission would be sent in, the response of the Trifexians would differ greatly:
If the transmission was sent in an Earth language that the Trifexians could understand, then their response would be spoken in the appropriate language, as follows: An additional message is sent back to Nyrial to inform Commander Rael, the Commander assigned with overseeing this operation, about the message received from the Drathians. This results in the Trifexian higher-ups also going into an excited panic as some Trifexians attempt to push for further communication with this new species, whilst others suggest caution as the Drathians identified themselves as the 'Drathian Military', which has raised a number of concerns amongst some officers and Commanders.
If the transmission was sent in any other language that they could not understand, then their response would be in the native Trifexian language as follows instead: An additional message is sent back to Nyrial to inform Commander Rael, the Commander assigned with overseeing this operation, about the message received from the Drathians. This results in the Trifexian higher-ups also largely going into a state of concern, as who knows how close this unknown species is and how powerful they are, let alone what they're saying.

The Federated Colonies The Colonial Star Fleet The GS-5 Flotte der Kolonien Colonial Military Ship Admiral Graf Spee ( AGF-36) Colonial Military Ship Admiral Scheer( AS-47)
Even if it took some time, the Colonial Defense Network noticed the unknown ship that was wandering through the edges of the Colonial space in this area of the galaxy. As per the order of the O.K.F. (Oberkommando der Flotte- the High Command of the Fleet), two battlestars were sent to the general area, unfortunately without their usual escorts, as heavy battles were being fought around Line Victoria, and rumors about an Abyssal attack on Kiel A had started to spread.
After jumping in the area, the C.M.S. Admiral Graf Spee, and the C.M.S. Admiral Scheer, started to deploy their fighters. You could never be sure, with the Invaders being everywhere. While communication between the Dartheim System and this unknown one ship fleet was detected, the Colonials choose to ignore it for now. The Invaders were good at illusions, weren't they?
On board the two battlestars, the situation wasn't that good. The crews were exhausted, and the morale was pretty low, a situation that was present among many of the vessels of the Colonial Fleet. Continuous fight with the Invaders wasn't something any nation could do, and slowly but surely, the Colonies were losing their ground.
After arriving in the area, deploying their fighters, and taking the unknown ship in target, a message was sent audio as a start. At the first sign that the ship was actually and Invader trap, the two battlestars had their orders to fire, destroy, and then retreat, the tactic that was now the most used by der Sternflotte. The message was sent in various galactic languages, from Galactic and Colonial Standard, to other more unknown languages.
Attention, unknown ship. We are the GS-5 Fleet of the Federated Colonies. You have nearing to the space of the Federated Colonies. Considering that the Federate Colonies are in a state of war, you are for now, considered hostile, unless proved otherwise. Please identify yourself and your purpose in this area, in which there have been many reports of the presence of Abyssal fleets. Failure to comply with this message will result in the fleet receiving permission to engage. God bless the Federated Colonies.

The sudden appearance of two (presumably) very large ships in their vicinity caused panic amongst the crew of the 31st. They chose to keep their weaponry offline for the moment in case this was the alien species that had contacted them earlier. Captain Fuiall was quick to order a short message to be sent back to Nyrial, informing them of the two ships and to await further messages if contact is made in proper.
The crew is relieved when they recieve a message from the unknown ships, and in Colonial Standard too, allowing them to roughly understand the messages' contents. A message is sent back to the GS-5 fleet, audio only. Due to Colonial Standard only being roughly understood by most Trifexians, the messages' contents are somewhat crude and unrefined, mistakes present, and reads as follows:

Drathian Military Base, Dratheim There was an audible sigh of relief from the commanding officer of the base, General Stetz 'Two-Homes'. He was a lean, muscular specimen, with purple skin that had little more than a scratch on its surface. Indeed, Stetz was so new to his position that the most marks he had on his body were the jagged black tattoos that webbed across his skin, and all Drathians had those. His moss green hair was cut into a low mohawk, with a double braided beard covering the bottom half of his face The most combat he had faced was during the Dratheim Disease Crisis, where he had been leader of a few expeditions to save civilians that were threatened by the undead carriers of the experimental diseases that the Colonial government had been quiet about. From there he had risen through the ranks through military mind, rather than military might.
He sighed not because he was tired, though. He sighed because the response from the now identified 31st Torchbearer of the Trifexians had been confirmed not to be an Abyssal vessel. Or, as the Colonies called them, Invaders. Still, he needed a way to contact the strangers. Without permission from the Federated Colonies, a Drathian ship could not legally enter Colonial space. That was a problem, given that every inch of territory surrounding the Drathian outpost in Dratheim was claimed by the Federated Colonies. Stetz had to find a way to get to the Trifexians.
Soon afterwards, he sent a second transmission to the Trifexians. This message, like the last, was in Colonial Standard, which was almost universally spoken throughout the Milky Way.

The tense atmosphere aboard Fuiall's ship was broken by an incoming message; Much to everyone's surprise, it was from the Drathians, not the Colonies ships in front of them. Regardless, Fuiall and his men calmed down considerably as at least one of these newly discovered races was willing to cooperate with them. After sending a status report back to HQ, Fuiall quickly sent a reply to the Drathians, in Colonial Standard:

Several carriers and void ray and star fighter squadrons moved swiftly through the blackness of space 400 kilometers away from the Drathian outpost, obviously trying to get in contact range with the Trifexian Torchbearer. When they did, they sent a message to the Trifexians in Colonial Standard(yes, most Eldari understand and are able to speak at least a bit of German because of their alliance to the colonies).
"Greetings, strangers. Seems your seeking for resources, are you not?"

The situation on board the 31st was getting tense again; What they could only assume was another alien species was making contact with them. Fuiall approached his new contact with caution, as they had not made it clear who they were. Another update was sent back to HQ, which by now was being overseen by the Great General himself, as his was fast becoming an extremely important event for the Trifexians.
Fuiall then replied to this new outsider, keeping the message short and in Colonial Standard:

Another sigh of relief from Captain Fuiall; Another of these alien races was willing to co-operate, and this one had the ability to bring big ships right in front of them at will so they were the most important one to befriend. Fuiall made quick to inform HQ that they had achieved friendly communication with a second outsider race, but that chances are nobody was going to blow them up for poking around the gas giant they had their sights on. Fuiall also sent a message back to the GS-5 fleet:

Veila SystemIn warped three Drathian ships, all of which were the lighter Murderer Class rather than their larger Cannibal counterpart. Despite not being the best armed vessels in the Drathian arsenal, they were still top of the line. A mission as important as making contact with a new alien race demanded more than the generally less effective metal ships. Instead the full display of the Drathian Space Monster Corps was in need. Approaching the Trifexian ship, the DSMC Spriggan, distinguished by the horns on its maw, hovered side by side with the alien vessel and turned its head towards it. Opening its jaws, the creature slithered its tongue from its mouth, where a group of troops were standing, clad in suits that would protect them from the vacuum of space. The Trifexian ship would recieve yet another message, this one again in Colonial Standard. However, the audio coming from the transmission would seem to be of much lower quality, likely because it was coming from the microphone within the Drathian's suits rather than the ship's communicator.

For about a minute, Fuiall is dumbfounded and motionless. "Those.... Are spaceships?" He thought to himself, before soon coming round again. the Drathians were certainly the most forward about diplomatic relations, and no weird fishyships were going to put a dent in that. Fuiall sent a messaage back to HQ that the Drathians had warped into the system and were requesting boarding permission, as well as sending a request for an emergency mission abort in order to bring the Drathians back to Nyrial if necessary.
With just about every important figure on Nyrial now interested in this important event, the message was replied to immediately, granting both boarding permission and a mission abort if necessary. This informatio was relayed to the Drathians in the following message:

The Eldari fleet sent back a message, "We are Eldaro Protectorate ships, or for your own convinience, the Daelaam. Sorry for not making no prior warnings or announcements. Anyway to our new visitors..." The fleet then answered the Trifexian Torchbearer, also in Colonial standard - "This is a fleet of the Eldari Protectorate, and we are an ally of the Colonies. We were able to detect your transmission to the Colonies, so we saw what was your objective here. Be careful in this system. Abyssals infest the fringes of the Outer Colonies"
