Homeworld: Luminaris, a Terra class planet. Allegiances: Their nation, the pacifist Holy Empire of Luminaris, is part of the Federated Colonies. Lifespan: Slightly longer than that of the humans, around 160 years. However, their physical appearance ages very slowly, making them look young for most of their lives. Appearance: Largely, they look like humans, since they are one of the many human subspecies born out of the Long Night. The biggest differences are however in the colors of their hair and eyes, varying around nuances of the color green, with their skin also having a vague green tint. Abilities: The Luminarians are faster, stronger, and more agile than a normal human, being also able to see perfectly well at night. Due to mutations, they have also developed telepathic powers, and the same mutations have led to their extremely slow physical aging. Other: The Luminarians are extremely pacifist, as they refuse to carry guns and fight, no matter of the situation. They have a special connection to plants and animals, and all their planets are ecological heavens, the last refuge of many animal species who would have disappeared otherwise. They also can't stand pollution, and have am almost abnormal disgust towards Opilium. Due to that, the Luminarian delegates in the Federal Diet and the Federal Council are almost never present in person, using holograms instead, as they hugely dislike the dying world of Xalion.

Oh yes! We have human conservationists! The Eldari, Drathians and the KirComm humans are the only other peoples I know that keep their planets green!

I'm going to use them as a political part of the Concordia faction, since they're pacifists.
Thanks.

Long Night? Human history? The period after the first Invasion of the Abyssals which led to the humans and their associated races to lose FTL travel, creating a few centuries in which civilization practically did not exist anymore, until FTL travel was rediscovered?

If you look carefully at my posts, you'll see that Karsopolis is covered in towering forests and mountains, as well as deep oceans. There is some vast cityscape that looks like New York on steroids, but that is only on the main continent. And the good people at the Confederate Government's Ministry Of Life take great pains to ensure there is no pollution.

And Thrace, Acruan accepted the app already. You're good to do stuff with the Luminarians.

Let's just say that overpopulation, and an acute need for natural resources hasn't been that good with many Colonial planets. Xalion is the worse case.

Nothing that proper planing wouldn't have taken care of. *cofs* But yeah, I had approved here a while ago, I think that I just didn't highlight the accepted... though it seems it wasn't seen this time. I might not have accepted the empire though, so forgive me for that one. RL hasn't been the easiest.
