Galaxy: Triangulum
Territory: 11:51, towards the centre, edge of Confederate territory.
Number of Systems: 12 owned, but the citizens are spread throughout the Confederacy.
Capital World: Karlaazen
Population: 24 billion
=============================
Levels:
Level of Belligerence : 8. The Delieggen don't like to fight, but they will actively and violently work to destroy a civilisation from the shadows. They are a nation of spies, infiltrators, and assassins. They have been a problem for the Confederacy in the past, to the point that 600 years into the Confederacy's existence, the civilisation attempted a purge of the shape shifters. It resulted in the near extinction of the Delieggen, but a handful remain working against all civilisations.
Intelligence: 8.4. While the Delieggen are highly intelligent from birth, they have little in the way of formal education. They are fairly advanced, but their few scientist and engineers always choose to exploit rather than aid with their work.
Technology Level: 6. While the Delieggen have few scientists, they are extremely skilled in kidnapping those of other races. And some evil scientists from the Confederacy also flock to Karlaazen.
Power Level: 3. While the Delieggen have only a small handful of worlds, the fact that the Confederacy believes them dead makes them extremely dangerous. Their ruthlessness and capability also make them a real threat.
=============================
Technology:
F.T.L. Travel: Yes. However, it doesn't play a major role most of the time. The Delieggen know what would happen if the Comfederacy rediscovered their existence, so they minimise travel.
F.T.L. Type: Hyperspace.
Technological Development Focus: Civilian. The Delieggen have no for,al military, preferring to allow their deception, cunning, and inhospitable planet to protect them from enemies.
=============================
Additional Information
History: The Delieggen are an ancient race of Triangulum, nearly as old as the Dothvalians. The two groups hated each other, and their planets initially kept them apart. As such, their conflict was largely limited to space. But then with environmental armour becoming cheap and widespread, the groups began ground conflict. This went on almost until the arrival of the Triangulum colonists, until a decisive Dothvalian victory ended the war. When the Delieggen began further conflict half a millennium later, they were nearly wiped out by Confederate forces. Now underground, the Delieggen are largely dismissed as myths and legend by modern Confederate citizens. Even educated historians believe them extinct. Only Intelligence, military, and government suspect they may be alive.
Goals: Dominate the universe through underhanded tactics.
