As stated multiple times throughout this roleplay, the Federated Colonies are a Federation, formed by countless nations, systems and worlds, some more or less autonomous. Even if the military and central government of the Colonies are dominated by the so called Central Colonies, led by Xalion, many other nations exist. I have put a little too much accent on the Federated Colonies as a whole, so both the race thread and this thread will serve as a way to further expand on the Colonies and on what they really are.
I'm going to use this thread to post the applications for nations which are part of the Federated Colonies but still retain a certain autonomy.

Technological Development Focus: Civilian ============================= Additional Information History: Ever since the original Human Colonization Process, the worlds in the area which is now the S.K.R. was different from the main worlds that were considered to be Colonial, like Xalion or Terra Nova. Following the Unification Wars of Earth, it would seem that a certain single nation and population who were exiled from Earth formed the backbone of these Colonies, although, due to the loss of records, that can't be known for sure. After settling some worlds in the Centaurus Arm, the Kraljvanians have initially been a monarchy, a monarchy which soon surrendered to the Human Colonial Alliance, like many other human worlds. They survived the Great War pretty well, and it could be said that the war was even a benefit for them, as away from the influence of the other humans, they developed their own culture, aiming for an utopia where everyone is equal and everything is shared. Sometime during the Long Night, the Sovereign Kraljvanian Republics have been established, being led by a Supreme Sovereign Council, and having no default leader. After the end of the Long Night, the SKR expanded, and with the threat of Terra rising, they were forced to ratify the Articles and join the new Colonial Federation. However, unlike many other nations and worlds who were absorbed by the Federated Colonies, the SKR maintained their autonomy, serving as an opponent of the Central Xalionian Government around which the more autonomous worlds of the Colonies gathered. Due to their help in the Secession Wars, the SKR have received a special agreement with the Federal Government, the so called Red Agreement, giving them a lot of autonomy, transforming them into one of the state entities which still stubbornly resist, opposing the Federal Government in the Parliament, and trying to build their influence. Now, with the Colonial military defeats in the last decades, the influence and power of the SKR have risen, the Kraljvanians being considered an antithesis of Xalion. Their classless society, with their common ownership ideals, have attracted both humans and aliens to their worlds. Now, with the Invaders coming, the SKR is one of the Colonial entities which could either help the Federals in keeping the Colonies united, or contribute to the collapse of the Federation.. Goals: Mainly, to keep their autonomy inside the Federated Colonies, and gain more and more Kraljvanians members of the Colonial Parliament.

It is only a subdivision of the Colonies, and isn't getting anything beyond the Colonies itself.

Territory: Spread mostly in the middle of the Colonies, near the traditional Earth-Colonial Line(border between the URE and the FC at the beginning of the roleplay, around the middle of the Sagittarius Galactic Arm. Number of Systems: 1 million.
Capital World:Luminaris, a super terrestrial planet similar to how Terra Nova was in the past in multiple ways, known for its blooming nature and natural reservations, and for the way its inhabitants live in harmony with the planet.
Population: 20 million.

Level of Belligerence : 0. The Luminarians are absolute pacifists, and depend on the protection of the Federal forces.
Intelligence: Normal Colonial Intelligence
Technology Level: Technically, normal Colonial technology, but their refuse to use anything that is polluting, especially Opilium and its deviates.
Power Level: They would be a 4, but their power is mostly on the influence they have in the Colonial politics, and their amazing agriculture.

Additional Information
History: During the Long Night, the Luminarians were one of the human subspecies which evolved and mutated in the absence of contact with other humans. Possibly due to the nature of their planet, and certain radiations from there, they evolved and mutated, becoming what they are today. Their planet soon became rich, with a blooming nature and no pollution. Pacifist and religious, they didn't expand like many other states during the rediscovery of the FTL travel. Many other systems voluntarily joined their Holy Empire, and they also performed a lot of peaceful colonization missions. However, with the beginning of the First Secession War, Terran forces had the pleasure to massacre Luminarian worlds, and send the Luminarians into slavery multiple times, especially due to their lack of military. Faced with the merciless Terran mercenaries, the then ruling Holy Empress of Luminaris decided that the best hope for survival for their people would be to ratify the Articles of Colonization, to join the Federation, and be protected by the Federal forces. Due to that, and the Colonial victory in the FSW, the Luminarians survived, and became a rather special part of the Colonies, due to the fact that they didn't contribute to the Federal military at all. Up until today, the pacifist Holy Empire of Luminaris has remained one of the few constitutional monarchies of the Federation, and the largest pacifist faction. Politically active, they are a strong part of the Concordia faction.
Goals: Reach peaceful accords with the stats of the IIA, decrease the influence of the Colonial military over the state, maintain the Colonial principles, and help the democracy survive this state of crisis.

Krajlvania is more of a Serbia/Yugoslavia than Russia though.
